To me, this would be a hypothetical/alternative retelling of "Happy Not Knowing," because the story behind the two are similar. "Right Words Wrong Time," is about Carly having to give up on pursing this person who wasn't feeling her the first time around, and after a period of healing for her, he came back and tried getting back together with her. Which is definitely a no no. You and your chance and Carly isn't trying to waste her time. Only a part of her wants to give in, because she'd wish he had come to his senses a lot earlier. Oh well, that's people for you.
