Amnesia

The Crash

It was Apollos last day of school. He couldn't wait to get through this day and go to the end of the year party his school held every year. This wasn't just any end of the year party though. It was his last.

He was a senior on his way to college at the Juilliard school of music on a full scholarship. His parents were proud and so was his girlfriend. Apollo Henderson and Nicholle Lance. The power couple of the century is what everyone called them. He couldn't be more happy.

He ate breakfast and was off to pick up Nicholle in his car when a truck came around the corner at full speed and rammed his car. He flew out the windshield and blood was everywhere with glass stuck in his body he got up and walked two feet and collapsed. His mother heard the commotion and ran out of the house to see a horrible sight. Apollo on the floor bleeding to death. She quickly called an ambulance and they rushed to the seen.

When the ambulance got there they quickly sealed his wounds to stop the bleeding. His family stood speechless looking at the EMT's take him away. They followed shortly after In the family car. His sister Skylar called Nicholle to tell her and the family heard her break down in tears over the phone and as she sobbed they heard " I'll meet you at the hospital " , the phone cut off. His mother Jennifer was hysterical and in tears after all who wouldn't be after seeing their son like that. The father, Matthew was remaining strong like a rock , but inside his heart was pounding and he felt as though he would die before his son.

There was no way of telling what would happen. They got to the hospital and saw Nicholle. She hugged them all and was crying with mascara running down her face. They walked towards the hospital doors and when they opened them they couldn't help but cry.
