Bucky Barnes

I had my eyes closed but found myself unable to fall asleep. This had been going on ever since Bucky had left on a mission to find and take down a hydra base with Steve and a few other S.H.I.E.L.D agents.

I lied tossing and turning until a silent creek of the door caught my attention. I was now on high alert, trying to keep my breaths even and low.

the intruder seemed to have dropped an item while sneaking around.

"shit" they muttered under there breath

Wait, I knew this voice way to well.

Buck was home.

I sat up on the bed, grabbing Bucky's attention.

"sorry doll, I didn't mean to wake you" he smiled sheepishly

" It's fine Buck. I was already up, I haven't been able to sleep while you were gone"

Buck came up to me, wrapping me into his warm embrace. I noticed that his metal arm was slightly off to the side from him not wanting to touch me with it. Bucky was really self-conscious about his metal arm but I didn't mind it, in fact, I really liked the prosthetic limb.

I brought my hand down to lightly grab Buck's metal arm and gently kissed each silver finger. He smiled at this action and pulled me in for a quick kiss on the lips.

" wash up Buck, you smell." I giggled

" but I'm so tired y/n" he wined with a cute pouting face.

" shower first, then sleep. don't worry I'm not going anywhere"

"fine" he sighed

****Next morning

After breakfast, I decided to do I bit of training in the training room. Nat says that I can't always rely on my powers during a fight. you see I have telepathic abilities which means I can read minds, transmit emotions, and if I have enough power saved up I can even control one's body for a certain amount of time.

I was punching one of the punching bags until I noticed Bucky had come into the training room. He put down his water bottle and towel right next to my stuff.

"Hey y/n want to join me in my work out" he smirked will starting to do crunches.

"sure," I said skipping over to him.

After doing some crunches, and planks we had moved onto pushups.

We had been doing pushups for the past 15 minutes until I was too tired to continue.

"ughhh Buck I think I'm ready to drop out," I said lying onto my back

"you're done already y/n," he said while continuing his set.

" be quite Buck, your the one with the super strength"

As I said that an idea popped into my head. I got up and moved closer to buck until I was standing right above him.

"since this is so easy, why don't I give you a little challenge, hun"

I slowly dropped down beside him and got on his back.

"there," I said Dropping all my dead weight onto him.

"is this supposed to be your idea of a challenge," Bucky said cockily.

before I could even respond to what he had said he lifted his flesh arm and started to do a one-handed pushup

"ugh stop being such a show off" I said with fake annoyance.

"I know you love it doll"

"whatever," I said while rolling my eyes dramatically

Tony had said we should go out for dinner tonight because he was getting tired of take-out and since no one could cook around here, the team all agreed.

Tony being Tony choose a super fancy restaurant for us to go to, so right now Buck and I were getting ready to go out. I slipped on a black open back cocktail dress with some black flats because you never know when danger is lurking, and wearing heels hurts my feet. Buck came out of the bathroom with his hair lightly gelled and a black and white tux on.

the team met outside the building waiting for the limo. once the limo had come we all hopped in. Of course, by the time we had arrived at the restaurant Tony was already drunk. typical Tony.

we stepped into the large and luxurious restaurant and were seated near the back. Tony ordered drinks for all of us. And by the end of our dinner, everyone was stupid drunk except for the two grandpas, steve and buck, and Thor.

Bucky had to drag me into the limo whereas Steve was hauling Tony and Clint and Nat were hobbling over together.

We finally made it back to the tower around 1:30 am.

In the car, Tony proposed the idea of playing never have I ever in the team living room. so as of right now, we have gathered around in a circle on the massive couches.

"I'll go first!!" Tony slur/shouted.

"Okie Dokie, never have I ever sent an embarrassing photo to another team member by-accident"

Buck and I, of course, put our hands up but to the teams surprise Steve slowly and timidly raised his hand.

Tony burst out laughing hysterically

"care to explain Capsicle" Tony chuckled

Steve started "well a few months ago I had just stepped out of the shower to hear my phone ringing noisily I guess I didn't press the answer button and somehow ended up sending Clint a n-naked photograph of myself"

Everyone burst out into laughter, Tony was even crying because of how much he was laughing over Steve's elderly actions.

" was it big," I asked Clint wiggling my eyebrows suggestively.

"I'll leave it up for your imagination," Clint said with slight embarrassment but still clearly amused.

The night carried on with much laughter and plenty of embarrassing stories told by all of us. It was nice for the team to let loose from all the stress of work and superhero duties.

A/N: welp that's a wrap for this imagine. It was really fun to write this one since I got to play around with more comical scenarios and I also rlly love bucky he is such a smol bean. Anyways hope you enjoyed and don't forget to comment or vote.
