Chapter 5: On the down low

This is like a month later. Aneko has gotten suspended until like the last day of the month.

I fidgeted with my skirt while I was getting dressed. 'This is stupid.' I sigh and just leave it as it is and grab my things before leaving, and looking at my dying flowers. I had gotten more flowers from Togami.

After Aneko got suspended I had gotten surprisingly closer to my classmates. Mostly Junko, Ikusaba, Ishimaru, Owada (Who I ship so hard together), Kuwata , Togami, And Chihiro. But a certain stalker in my class hates me with all her guts because of my closeness with Togami.

Everything's gonna go south the day after tomorrow though, because Aneko is going to be back and if I try to escape her she's going to tell my dad and I'm gonna be beaten even more.

I walked to school butterflies fluttering like crazy. While I was getting closer to Togami I had developed strong feelings for him, and since the day after tomorrow was my last day of freedom at school, I am deciding to tell him I like him.

"HELLO (Y/N)!!" Ishimaru yells at me as I enter the gates to school. I wave wildly at him.

"Helllloooooooo Maru!" I respond and run over to him. Since he is the ultimate moral compass I trust him with a lot of the things that have happened in my life and he helps with a lot of stuff I do and gives me advice so he's my main gay best friend. Ohwada is my closet gay best friend.

"Are you going to tell him?" Maru asks me I nervously smile and nod.

"Are you going to tell Wada?" I ask referring to Ohwada using my nickname for him. Maru blushes.

"I-I doubt he likes males that way." He says and nervously scratches his cheek. "A-And we just started school I can't just tell him!" I giggle and latch onto his arm.

"Come on Maruuuuu! I know he likes you like that." I laugh.

"What's going on here?" A nonchalant voice asks. I look over and see Togami with his arms crossed. His face was being kept nonchalant but his eyes looked angry.

"I was telling Maru that he should tell the dude he likes that he likes him." I say and smirk hugging Maru close to me. "Is it bothering you how close I am to him?" Togami rolls his eyes and walks off. Now it's obvious he was angry. "Oops."

"(Y/n)! Go talk to him." Maru pushes me towards Togami. I sigh and run after him. "NO RUNNING!" I ignore Maru's Last call.

"Wait!" I call. Togami stops and turns around to look at me.

"What." He asks angrily. I frown.

"Are you mad at me?" I ask he rolls his eyes.

"Why would I be mad at you?" He asks. I shrug.

"I don't know." I laugh. He sighs and smiles slightly.

"Whatever let's go to class before that woman comes and tries talking to me again." He looses his smile at the mention of Fukawa. I laugh and loop my arm with his.

"Let us go!" I shout and drag him to our class.

It was finally the end of the day and I was happy for once my dad was throwing a business party because that gave me the chance of telling Togami how I felt. I walk out of the building next to Togami as we were leaving.

"Will I see you at the park?" I ask as we wait for his limo. He nods. I smile in relief.

"Good." I pause. "Welp I gotta go see ya!" I say and run home.

As I get home I'm instantly rushed to my room by rose and locked in it. I wait a few seconds before jumping out my window and running to the park.

My plan was to pick a dandelion and have my little vampires a dandelion and tell them to tell him I liked him. Sure it was kind of cowardice but it was easier.

I see the girls and pick up the closest dandelion.

"How are you all doing my little vamps?" I ask they smile.

"I got 100 in my spelling!" The black haired girl says.

"Well I have a puppy!" The blonde shouts.

"I'm going to Disney land!" The brown haired yells. The other two whine in complaint. I laugh. I look up and see Togami walking down the street with more flowers. I smile at him before squatting down to the girls level.

"Now this is very important I need you to give this flower." I pull up the dandelion. "To leg man and tell him that (y/n) likes him." I say. They smile and nod. The blonde runs up to him tugging on his sleeve. She tells him what I told her to and his head instantly snaps up to where I am. I blush and look away still squatting. I hear footsteps and see Togami walking towards me. I stand up quickly and awkwardly rub my arm.

"Are you going to grab me by my collar and yell at me again?" I laugh trying to mask my nervousness. He ignores me and stares me down when he stops I'm front of me. "Are you going to say something or...." I'm cut off by his lips on mine. My heart stops.

As quick as it started, the kiss ended. I stare shocked at him.

"Ewwww!" The three girls yell before the leave back to their parents who had called them to go home. I look back at Togami. His face was red and he was trying to keep his composure. I decided to tease him.

"Oooooh. Is the great Togami bluuuuushiiiiiiing?" I say with a smirk. He rolls his eyes. He holds up the flowers in his hand without saying anything to me. "Why don't you ever say anything."

"Because I shouldn't have to." He responds. I look at the flowers and they are (f/f) (favorite flower) and had a note that said 'I like you.' I smile and pull him into me and kiss him.

"Let's just keep this on the down low." I say. When we pull away.

After a long explanation on why I needed this on the down low he agrees to it, gives me his number and leaves to go home. I leave and go home as well happily. I go into my window and lay in bed for a while just smiling. 'For once my life is going my way.'

Junko's pov.

"Yas! I finally got myself some black mail!" I yell excitedly. I had been following (y/n) around for the past two weeks and it has finally payed off!

"What do you mean?" I roll my eyes at my dumb sister's question.

"Duh! I got black mail to have (y/n) kill people dumb ass!" I yell throwing the closest thing at her. She doesn't flinch as it flies by her head.

"Oh." She simply says. "When will you use her?" My sister asks. I think.

"In a few days." I laugh. "This will be very despair. inducing indeed!"
