    "That woman in front of us is a Medusa, one of Greek monsters. When you looked into her eyes just once, you'll literally freeze to death."

    Because of what I heard from Bunny, I didn't insist myself on opening my eyes anymore. Her eyes means death to me now.

    "That's mostly correct. But I'm not an ice woman, as you know. I can turn anyone into stone, until what's left was the horrifying memory of my eyes.", she said, followed by hisses. Although I'm a man, those words sent chills down to my spine.

      "But it's the same thing! You kill people!", Bunny shouted with tease.

     "Don't test me, furball!", Medusa's voice changed from seductive to a dangerous one, with hisses accompanied it. But that danger came off and she released an evil laugh all of a sudden.

     "We will hunt you all down, guardians. And those children won't believe on any of you anymore.", she added and those words triggered me. What does she mean by hunting us down? What does she trying to do?

     "The time is near... he will rise again. The Boogeyman."

   When I heard those words, especially that man's name, the man who we're desperately wanted to defeat few years ago, I couldn't help myself but to drop some cold sweat on my cheeks. The feeling of worry and fear felt into my heart, and I couldn't be able to stop it no matter what I should do. Pitch can smell fear, I know, but this unstoppable feeling won't let me go.

    "Ha! You think you can scare us with your hole-y threat, you snake! Listen, no matter how many times that black guy shows up, we'll never be defeated that easily!" My companion started to argue, as he felt no fear to the warnings of the snake woman surrounding us. I don't even know how can he fight with her through words. That's the Guardian of Hope for you.

   "Oh. That's so cute." Medusa chuckled. I can hear her slow footsteps walking towards Bunny's side. I couldn't help but to get worried about my friend on my back since he's been targeted right now. "Might as well take you to my collection."

   But her fun didn't last that long, when all of a sudden, I can hear the sound of dust and sand being poured and moved all over the place. What are those?

    Out of curiosity, I opened my eyes with no caution and saw a thread of shiny golden sand in front of me, twirling and swirling all over the place, giving us light in the dark woods we're in.

    I couldn't be wrong in this one. This golden sand, this sparkling strands of sand that gave comfort and warmth to my whole body. This could be came from him.

   "It can't be!" Medusa's sweet voice faded away and was replaced by confusion and fear of the sand trails that's surrounding the three of us. "SANDMAN!!"

    I followed the trial of sand using my eyes and finally saw where it came from. On the top of the tree, not far away from our location, a short man with every bits of him were gold and dust, is standing majestically.

    There he is, the Sandman.

  "Ha! Getting coward now, aren't you, snake?!" Bunny said behind me as he is still closing his eyes. Without no one ordering me, I also did the same thing. Now that she's going insane and mad, she might fight back at us.
