THREE, matt meets the school dance

The date with Liya went extremely well. Turned out, the two had a lot in common and she was really sweet, needless to say they were practically dating and that made Matt pretty happy.

He was currently at her locker helping her get out some of her books for class. He was planning on asking her to the dance but it was nerve racking for him.

"So Li...do you maybe wanna go to the school dance with me?" Matt finally asked giving her a shy smile. Liya was both shocked and in awe of the boy.

"Wouldn't wanna go with anyone else." She pecked his cheek, grabbed her books before leaving the boy with a goofy smile.

Matt then walked over to his sister and friend where he saw she was screaming. She was trying to curl her eyelashes but in all honesty she couldn't. It was times like this when he wondered how they were twins.

"Ahhhh!"

"Open it!" He told her giving her a look which was mixed between confusion and concern.

"Thanks,M." She opened the curler.

" Yeah okay." He shakes his head.

" Yeah okay." Riley said as she passed the eyelash curler to the girl on the left.

"Ladies," Farkle came over. "And Matt." he added, nodding his head.

"School dance,I'm gonna put both of you down for dance numbers one through all of them,we will alternate,you and me,me and you,when your not dancing with me you may not dance with anybody else,you may sit and wait until you dance with me again." Farkle smiled as he explained the 'plan' for the dance.

"Yeah none of this is happening." Maya told him.

"Oh,well then may I have one dance with each of you?" Farkle asked with an innocent.

"Sure." Riley smiled.

"Ha! That's all I wanted you just got played by Farkle." He smirked and left.

Matt just chuckled at his best friend, he was really a character and Matt loved that about him.

"What about you, doormat? Got any girls you want to let step walk on you?" Maya smirked turning her attention to the curly haired boy.

"As a matter of fact I do," He smirked, proud of himself. Maya's smirk kind of flattered when she heard that but she quickly tightened it, not wanting anyone to notice. "Liya and I are going together." Matt told her.

"You really like her huh?" Riley asked, sending him a weak smile.

Maya wasn't really sure how she felt about Matt and Liya together but she was sure she wanted nothing but the best for Matt, If he was happy, she was happy.

"I guess I do." He smiled towards his sister.

" Hey guys." Lucas said as he walked over to the group of three.

" Bye!" Matt waved, glaring at him.

"Lucas!" Riley raised her hand.

"Hand." Maya told her.

" Lucas! " Riley put her hand down.

" Grown up voice." Maya instructed.

" Lucas hello." Riley walked up to him with her 'grown up voice'.

" You're coaching her?! " Matt questioned Maya glaring her daggers.

" Yeah doormat,you have a problem with that." Maya said as she grabbed the hem of his shirt. Matt nervously giggled at how close they were causing Maya to let go and groan in disgust.
