Skylar's POV
Moving was the hardest part but leaving your friends behind was so much worse. Packing up and moving in just one and a half month was so hectic.
I actually started to like where I live but knowing my parents always being on business trips and having to move. I tried to not be attached to a place where I will only be staying for only a couple of months, even a year.
Saying bye to my bestfriend was hard and also to the rest of my close friends but we promised to keep in contact and meet up sometimes.

Nights filled with packing, stuffing and duct taping made me restless.
But all of that now was covered.
At the moment my family and I were just landing off the plane from Toronto straight into New York ... Yayy this will be so much fun
( note sarcasm) but I was actually willing to try and make this work.
On our way to our new house I saw a lot of cool and interesting stuff, mostly buildings. When we finally reached I realised that not only the house were big but mainly mansions... so I was guessing that this was kind of the rich part of the city.
We just reached the house and it was dark brown,cream and gold with black doors.
From we entered there were a lot of security cameras. On entering the house my sister and I were both shocked of what we saw🤤.......................
A dead man sitting in a chair.....😂
Just kidding .... (back to the story)
The house was beyond breathtaking our jaws were on the floor . Not literally though
By the time I was done exploring . I went upstairs which took quite some time. While passing each room on the second wing I looked to see which room would grab my attention. Opening the second room I fell in love because it was my favourite colours : pink and colours . But something caught my eye specifically the window .
There was another One directly in front of mine showing like a boys room I guess. Which is quite disturbing being that I would be able to see everything the person next door would be doing. Making a mental note to always close my drapes and get darker colours.
So this is my first chapter hope you liked it... I will continue to upload as I go along. My first book please be patient and lenient with me... love yah❤😊
