What happened to everything?

Chapter 5

We all got into the car and I was in the back with tommy and Amelia snd I looked at them while the boys parked up

"Now tommy I want you to make you and your sister invisible please. Amelia do not let go please and just stay close to me or dad okay?" I told them and they both nodded and we all got out the car and tommy turned invisible and held Amelia's hand and we began walking up to the door and Logan knocked, all of us wearing sunglasses and I know had knee high boots on and still had my play suit and my cardigan still on and then a woman opened the door and didn't look surprised at us being there and more disappointed

"What's he done now?" She asked and we all looked at her confused

"I'll just write you a check for whatever he took?" She suggested and I looked at her in pity

"We just need to talk to him" I assured her and she smiled and stepped to the side and tommy and Amelia entered then so did I and then Logan, followed by hank and then Charles

"Peter the cops are here again" she said and we made our way down to the basement area to see that it was a massive room that was decorated for a teenage boy and then we saw peter playing ping pong by himself but was speeding around

"What do you guys want? I didn't do anything, I've been here all day" he then sped over to the couch and I looked impressed and then tommy and Amelia made themselves known to us and Amelia looked so excited and I smiled at her excitement that she's found someone with one of the exact same powers as her

"Relax peter we're not cops" Logan assured him

"Of course your not cops, if you were cops you wouldn't be driving a rental car" Peter said quickly and smartly and I looked at him, impressed that he managed to find that out quickly

"How do you know we've got a rental car?" Charles asked him

"I checked your registration number as you were walking through the door, I also had some time to kill so I went through your rental agreement and saw that you was from outer town, are you fbi?" He asked us and I shook my head and then he sped past Charles and grabbed his wallet

"Nope you're not cops and what with this gifted youngsters place?" He asked snd then dropped it on the ping pong table and I looked at him

"That's an old card" Charles defended himself and then grabbed the card and his wallet

"He's fascinating" hank said enthusiastically and I smiled at him

"He's a pain in the arse" Charles argues and I gave him a look and he said nothing and just looked down at the floor

"What a teleporter?" Hank asked Logan

"No he's just fast but when I knew him he wasn't so.... young" he said and looked at Amelia

"Young? You're just old" peter said back to him and I snorted a laugh and tried to cover it with a cough

"So you're not afraid to show your powers" hank said snd then he looked at us confused

"Powers? What powers? What are you talking about?" He asked us and we all looked at Logan

"Do you see something strange here? Nothing that anyone would believe if you told them" he said and I smiled at him and then he sped to a game and started to play it

"So Who are you? What do you want?" Peter repeated to us and then the boys went to talk but I held up my hand and I went over to peter

"We need your help peter to break into a highly secured facility and get someone out" I said to him and he looked at me

"Prison break? That's illegal you know" he said snd I nodded while lightly laughing

"But only if you get caught" I said and then he kept on playing but glanced at me

"So what's in it for me?" He asked and I looked at him

"You get to break into the pentagon" Charles said and I glared at him and peter finally turned around to us

"How do I know I can trust you?" He asked

"Cause were just like you" I said and he looked at me

"Amelia, tommy show him please" I asked kindly and then tommy turned invisible and Amelia ran super fast and then she trained her eye on me and I looked at peter

"Try snd hit me" I said and he looked at me curiously but went to do it But was stopped by Amelia's forcefield and I looked at her and so did he and they both smiled at each other

So the plan was that that tommy, Amelia and hank would take the pentagon tour and then peter would dress as the guy who's going to take Erik his food and get him out by breaking the glass and then me, Charles and Logan would portent to be officials so that when the sprinkler goes of in the kitchen when hank programmes it to we will escort Erik and peter safely out the building without being seen

I patted tommy and Amelia's head and then me Charles and Logan made our way down the stairs, Charles dressed up in a suit but me and Logan didn't get changed and we threw away our visitor badges and our leaflets into the bin and carried on walking through the halls to get to the kitchen, checking behind us every so often just in case we saw anyone and we walked into the kitchen

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girl, this is a code red situation, we are evacuating immediately, ah and that also means that me and my associates can uh secure the perimeter" charles made up as he went along and I brought my rain let my stuff get wet as I knew that we had spares on the jet

"Who are you?" One of the guards asked us

"We are special operations S.B.F.E.C.I.C look perhaps you didn't hear me the first time but it is imperative that you understand that we are in complete lock down situation and we have to get you to the 3rd floor" Charles once again made up and then Logan had had enough so he walked forward and knocked the two guards out cold and then turned to Charles

"Oh I'm sorry, were you finished?" He asked sarcastically and I started to laugh at him and Charles walked forward and grabbed the key that the guard had and put it into the lock
