White artificial light flooded prominently from my phone screen,

The one holding your text messages that I treasured more than life itself,

Even just being able to talk to you is worth treasuring, let alone being able to call you mine.

At every word and letter laminated onto the screen by you made my heart flutter in ways that I could never dream to explain,

Talk is never cheap with you, as I know that promises created and constucted by you are rarely ever broken.

I truly love you, such is no lie, I could talk endlessly about every beautiful, unique quality about you, not needing a reason why.

I wish to experience life with you beside me, which remains so far distant, as there is no telling of the  future, but I have hope.

I have hope that we will last, and that one day I'll be able to know that you're permanently mine.

I love you, more than my mere vocabulary can explain, and finding you was like searching for hidden, unspecified treasure that I was looking for for years.

You will forever be such a treasure to me, through whatever adversities and hardships we may face.

I love you forever.

Not sure how great this one was either, but I had fun writing it.

Based very slightly off the song "talk is cheap" by Chet Faker, as it's the song that endlessly reminds me of "that special someone", aka my girlfriend. If you're reading this, I love you to death.
