MARCH 18 2019 Today is my brother's three year anniversary with the band that he is in, PRETTYMUCH. They decided to throw a huge party today to celebrate. I decided to go to take my mind off of my ex boyfriend, Cori. I hate him so much but he cannot take a hint. He is always following me around and I needed a break from that. I also needed to take my mind off of losing my bestfriend, or at least I thought she was my bestfriend. She is Cori's sister, Arielle. We were such good friends until I broke up with Cori. I don't know what happened. I was in my room picking out an outfit when I hear a knock on the door.
Austin: Y/n? Can I come in?
Y/n: Yeah, sure Austin.
He came in my room and looked at what I was considering wearing.
Austin: Uhhhhh.....you're not wearing that to the party, are you?
Y/n: I'm considering it. Why?
Austin: Um no. It's inappropriate. Here wear this.
He smiles and holds up a sweatshirt and some sweatpants.
Y/n: Ok Austin, get out. (I laugh)
Austin: Ok ok (he laughs) Love you baby sis.
Y/n: Love you too Austin.
He walks out of my room and I get dressed in a cute but comfortable outfit. My outfit >>>

I go downstairs to see how far the boys have gotten in setting up. The party started at 6:30 so they bn only had 45 minutes. They had done a surprising amount of setting up considering they always wait until the last minute to do everything.
Edwin: Hey Y/n! You here to help us?
Y/n: No, I'm here to watch you fail at setting up.
Edwin: Oh.
Y/n: I'm kidding. Of course I'm here to help ya'll.
Brandon: Mkay. Here, you can put out some snacks.
Y/n: Ok.
Zion walked in the room carrying a bag of hot cheetos.
Zion: Hey Y/n.
Y/n: Hey Z!
Zion: Someone is lively today. He smiled.
Y/n: Yeah. I'm just excited to get away from life for a second.
Zion: Me too Y/n.
Y/n: Ummm.....Nick? Can I talk to you for a second?
Nick who was busy on his phone, didn't notice me.
Y/n: NICK!
Nick: Huh.....what? Oh uh...sure Y/n.
We walk into a quiet room where they boys couldn't hear us.
Nick: What's up Y/n?
Y/n: Nicky I don't think I can handle seeing Z.
Nick: Why not?
Y/n: You know why.
Nick: Oh yeah. YoU're iN LoVe.
Y/n: Nicky! I'm serious. I don't know what to do with myself when I'm around him.
Nick: Ok just act cool.
Y/n: And how am I supposed to do that?
Nick: I don't know. Just act cool, ok? I rolled my eyes at him.
Y/n: Ok. Can you at least help me?
Nick: How?
Y/n: I don't know just.....try and make things less awkward please.
Nick: Ok Y/n. Only because you're my bestfriend.
Y/n: Thank you so much Nicky. I love you.
Nick: I love you too. Now we have to go. They party is about to start.
We walk out to the living room and people are already starting to arrive. Austin and Ansley are in the kitchen talking. Edwin and Brandon are at the door greeting people. I see Zion alone on the couch so I go sit next to him.
Y/n: Hey Z.
Zion: Hey Y/n. How are you?
Y/n: Oh I'm go-
I freeze when I see Cori walk through the door.
Zion: Hey....Y/n. You ok?
Y/n: Oh um...yeah. Excuse me.
I got up and walked towards Austin. Before I could get there, Cori stepped in front of me.
Cori: Hey baby.
He tries to kiss me but I dodged it.
Y/m: What are you doing!?
Cori: What? Is it so wrong for me to kiss my girlfriend?
I rolled my eyes and tried to walk past him.
Cori: Hey! I wasn't done talking to you!
He looked angry. The look he was giving me could make me cry by itself. The breaking point was when her grabbed my arm. It was hard enough that it would obviously leave bruises later.
Y/n: Austin!
I tried to yell for Austin but the music was too loud. By now, the whole house was filled with people. I had my eye on Austin. I turned around to see Zion not on the couch anymore. When I turn back around to look for Austin, he wasn't there anymore.
I started crying really hard. Suddenly someone grabbed Cori causing him to lose his grip on my arm. I fall back and land in someone's arms. I heard Zion's voice.
Zion: Hey hey, Y/n. Are you ok?
I looked up and saw that I was in Zion's arms. I couldn't say anything because I was crying so much. I turned around and saw that Austin had grabbed Cori and taken him outside.
Zion: Come with me. This party is not the best place for you to be right now.
He helped me up and lead me to my room. He sat on the couch and held me in his arms. I cried into his shirt. Being with him made me instantly feel so much better.
