I woke up from my dream . I always dreamt this. As stupid as it sounds I am still waiting for him after this ten years.
I know I am stupid ... He is an idol now...and recently there has been news that he has been dating a co-star of his.
I know I can't reach out to him but ... I have this little hope... Hope haha ... Whenever I keep my hopes high I get disappointed . I always had this necklace with me but does he wear it... Maybe he doesn't even remember anything ..after all I am just his past...
But after all these years I am gonna meet him ..... Maybe see him live...
"Yah! You aren't ready till now . Aish this girl..u know there is only 1 hour left for the concert." My best friend shouted .
"Sorry I was just sleepy."
I got off my bed and picked my outfit. I wasn't very girly ... I picked black skinny jeans which were ripped in the knees and a white crop top with denim shirt overall with a pair of white converse . I never preferred any make up. I saw my reflection ... Dark brown eyes almost black..just plain ...lips that were not plump..I left my reddish brown hair as it is and wore a white cap .
"You are wearing that to a concert. Really .. Wear a dress that's cute..idols like cute girls . Remember we are gonna be in the fan meet too."
"Should I cancel going ... Because if I am not wearing this I am not gonna go. And you know how stubborn I am right."
She rolled her eyes and dragged me out. I looked at what she was wearing .. A white short and pink crop top ..denim overall almost like mine but a bit lighter coloured and longer paired with pink sneakers. Wasn't she feeling cold .? Never Mind.
"Aren't u feeling cold?"
"No.. I am always hot." She said and winked. I rolled my eyes knowing the doubled meaning she pulled off .
We reached the place where there was his concert.
I sighed and went after my crazy best friend. I always wonder how can we be best friends when we are so different .
The concert started and the arohas started the fan chant . My crazy best friend Lisa shouted too. I should loser myself too. I sang--no no shouted their song with them . I couldn't keep my eyes off him. He was there shining and here I was nothing ... Just an ordinary girl . He is still chubby like he was before ... But still he looked different ... His chocolate eyes were lit up with happiness as he performed . Finally the concert ended and it was time for the fan meet. He was sitting there at the middle of the table smiling at the small aroha who told him that he was her bias. I watched every move of his as I stood in line..
"Hey pretty girl . Nice to meet you . Did u enjoy our performance ?" JinJin said holding my hands.
I smiled at him and nodded.." I wish you hold concert for many more years to come ... I wish you always remain funny and I hope u get more success ." I wished him. " thank you" he said and signed an autograph . I slowly moved forward greeting all the members and finally reached him. He stared at me ...processing if he knew me . I gently said hi to him. He snapped out of it and said " hope you enjoyed our performance."
I nodded and smiled at him ... I wanted to ask if he remembers me but I didn't want to be broken. At last I wished him"hope u and ur group gets skyrocket famous." He nodded and smiled saying thank you.
" what's your name pretty girl? Did u enjoy our performance ."
"My name is Haru. And yes I enjoyed ."
"So can I know who is the favourite of the group." MJ said smiling as he signed an autograph for me.
"It's you ." I said genuinely . "Really...Thnks "
" I really like you .. Coz u make me feel happy."
"Thanks . Keep smiling to my jokes."
I smiled and nodded .
"Ommggg.... Moonbin just said I was pretty " Lisa said fangirling. I smiled at her .. She was obsessed with him.
" I am really sorry Haru but I need to go to dinner now with my family. I am really sorry . I just got a call from my mum."
"It's okay. I will walk ... It's only 20 mins walk after all ."
She hugged me and said thank u.
I waked in the moonlight . I stopped at the park I used to play when I was small. I was just swinging back and front remembering about him.
" Haru , do you think I will be handsome when I am older."
"Oppa no matter what you will be the only one shining in my eyes." I said cheekily.
"Look at this butterfly Dingdong it's so pretty" I said pointing at the small butterfly.
" can you catch that for me ?" I said to him . "Let's catch it together " he said and we ran after it hand in hand.
I smiled at the memory.
"Hey , I missed you " someone said hugging me from behind." I know it's you Haru.. I knew it was you at the fan meet." He said snuggling closer to me.
" I missed you too Dingdong" he chuckled at his old nick name . "Why didn't u say it was you."
" I thought u forgot about me...and u of the news about you dating... I thought u forgot about me ..about the promise."
"I never forgot about you and the promise...see this .. I still wear it till today...coz still the only one girl for me"
I looked at him shocked and hugged him...crying..
"Ssh...don't cry. There is no need to cry... I will always be by your side now .. I love you."
" really..... I love you too" I said and he kissed me.
"Give me your locket"
"Here"
He opened the locket with his key and there was two rings in the locket.
" I put it when I was small... It's my grandpa's and grandma's ring. Granny wanted to give this ring to one I loved and here it is."
"Thank you ... I love u "I said as he put the ring to the finger. I put his ring in his fingers too.
"I love you too.." He said and kissed me.
"I didn't hear what u said." I said to him playfully.
"I said I love u"
"What "
" I LOVE YOU..HARU" he shouted. I chuckled and hugged him.
"Hey don't go shouting. We are trying to sleep here."
"Get a room new couple "
"Congrats..."
We both looked at each other and laughed .
"Let's go home. We have a lot to catch up" he said as he kissed my forehead .
