I didn't want to leave home, mom said I would get a fresh start and live a new life, I disagree. Kansis is my home I love it here but now I need to move. I said goodbye to all my friends, which was just a mere two but they were the best people would ever meet. I packed my bags ready for a new life, a new beggining. As I walked out of my small town, I noticed I didn't say my fairwell to my mom. I knew I couldn't look behind now, I lifted my chin up and began my journey.
It began to rain on the Tuesday afternoon, I had norhing to eat or drink, then again when did I ever eat, I was lucky enough to get one meal every two weeks. Two men came down the alleyway with me, I began to pick up my pace the men got closer and closer until I was backed up against the wall. "Hey pretty girl, what are you doing around these parts?" The man on the left said, the other one followed with "Yeah maybe I can escort you to a nice room my lady." They came closer, another man bigger than the rest came. "What the hell are you waiting for, finish her." The men grabbed my shirt and pulled me to the floor. Punch after punch, I could hardly see anything.
