I opened the door with my eyebrows furrowed.

"Dood, you gotta stop saying that." I scolded him. He chuckled. I kinda return a smile but continued talking. "What if dad's here? Boy, you would be in big trouble." He smirked.

Fvck. That smile again.
That killer smile. Too much.

He pulled me closer to him. I smirked and kicked his crotch. Shreaking out of pain, he grabbed a handful of my hair that led him to more pain. I kicked him repeatedly until he tapped out.

I was so out of breathe when he spoke.

"What the hell have you been doing pal? It was so nice to know you haven't changed." He laughed.

"Why are you here anyways? Fishing my friends again or missed me?" I asked.

He scrunched his nose in response pretending to think.

"Imma go with..." he paused for a moment leaving me in a trance as I stare at him.

"The latter." He finished his sentence as he glanced down at me.

"What are you staring at?" He confusingly asked me. "Do I have dirt on my face or something?"

He patted his face thrice before speaking again. "You are messing with me again, aren't you?"

I chuckled. "Yeah, kinda."

He mimickly grabbed my colar as I gently slap his arm and led him inside.

"Really, what brought you here?" I asked him with a serious tone yet smiling.

It has always been like this, I just can't stop smiling whenever I am with him.

"Hailey. We broke up." He replied with a sigh.

I looked at him straight in the eye and I know he isn't kidding. The smile left my lips.

"What happened?"

"I saw her cheating with Aaron. I wanted to surprise her since it's our second anniversary, so I spread out rose petals in her room and waited for her. When she finally opened the damn door, she was kissing Aaron as she close it. She didn't even notice me standing holding a boquet of roses next to her bed!" He whimpingly explained. "Aaron noticed me after a few minutes of them making out, him pressing Hailey on her wall beside the door. I didn't even bother to say something and went straight here."

I went up to Third and sat beside him as the whimping gradually turned into sobs.

"Sorry for barging in, by the way." He added.

"No worries, but I really want to smash Hailey's brain right now." I said.

He chuckled by my remark and asked me for any ice cream. Of course I have emergency ice cream, I know it's just a matter of time before something happen.

I went in the kitchen leaving Third to dry his tears off. As I grab his favorite flavored ice cream, I heard the tv being turned on.

"What episode did we stop last time?" He asked when he saw me come into the living room.

"I forgot. Let's just watch the whole season 4 and 5 tonight. It's a weeknight plus we have the place to ourselves 'til the day after tomorrow." I suggested, hinting him to overnight.

"Sure." He replied, finally putting a smirk on his face.

"That's better." I unconsciously said as I look at him in the eye.

"What is?" He asked not even looking back at me as he control the tv.

"Your smile. It's better when you smile."

He spun his head towards me and finally looked back at me in the eye. He smiled ever so gently that made me want to just grab him and make out with him there and then. Thank goodness my self control is very strong.

"Thanks." He awkwardly glanced back up to the tv.
