(Chapter Six)
We ended up texting each other the next morning, acting like nothing happened. But I knew it was going to be brought up sometime in the future.
And that's exactly what happened. It was brought up that day. But it wasn't brought up by you, it was brought up by Haley.
She asked me the same question that I thought I would never be hearing again, I was wrong.

Unlocking my phone, the text surprised me in so many ways. Repeating the same movement for 2 minutes, I closed and opened my eyes various times, revealing the text was still there no matter what I did, I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. Is this for real?
It was from Haley. The text had said, "so Phillip wants to know what your answer is (:."
I stood there, reading it over and over again. I felt like jumping off a cliff. Feeling so stupid for thinking it was all a joke, but no. This was the real deal.
I slowly looked back at my phone, to reveal the text was still there. It hadn't changed nor dissapeared.
I replied, still thinking how messed up I must have been last night for not thinking it was real.
"well, my answer is yes (:"
Hitting the send button, I looked outside, and told my self. "I'm the dating the boy of my dreams." I closed my eyes for at least 2 minutes, picturing us together, doing silly, stupid, cute, and just being ourselves together, everything.
Taking a sip of my hot cocoa, my phone goes off once again.

Feeling the buzz in my back pocket. Thinking it was Haley, it was actually from you. Surprised, I read the text slowly.
"So remember when I asked you out last night?(:"
After reading that, I thought to myself, "Am I losing my mind?"
All of this was rushing so fast, but I already knew my answer, the same exact thing I said to Haley. So I tried to sound curious.
"Yeah?(:"
I read the text over and over before actually sending it. I finally press the send button and I take a deep breath and closed my eyes.
The questions that would always swirl around my head finally dissapeared, I didn't have to feel so stressed anymore, I didn't have to worry about you not feeling the same. I finally knew, all along, you had the same feelings. The same exact feelings I had.
Every 30 seconds, I would look at my phone, to make sure I didn't miss your text.
After about 3 minutes, that's when I got the text... no just a regular text, a text to a new beginning.
