· In North-east, you and your family will be bestowed by positive energy
· The south-west location attracts guests
· While Northern location brings a lot of wealth
Positions of home décor in your living room
Things as small as television affect the positivity of your place. Know where to place your home décor elements:
· Plants: northeast corner of your room is perfect for your plants and bushes.
· Temple: A small cabinet in the north east side of the drawing hall
· Curtains: Light colored curtains for windows in north or east, heavy drapes otherwise.
· Television: Avoid fixing it in the northwestern wall
· Telephone: Place telephone in East, South-East or North

Right colors bring positive energy. As per Vastu, a peaceful atmosphere is created by lighter shades of yellow, green, blue and white. Use these together to maximize the positivity of space. Avoid black and red for living room walls.
Doors & Windows
There should be even door and window such as 2, 4, 6 etc. Make sure there are no obstructions around the main door such as plants, trees, staircases. Use Ganesha, Om, Laxmi or Swastika pictures on doors. The windows should be north-easterly inclined.
