40. IT'S A PRANK (Fluff/Might make you sad)

"Hello Everyone! It's Keith here, and I'm here with..." Keith turns to one of Lance's best friends, Pidge. "Hi, I'm Pidge!" She waves to the camera and smiles and adjusts her glasses. Keith chuckles and turns back to the camera, "As you can see by the title of this video, Pidge and I are going to be playing a cheating prank on Lance." Pidge turns away quickly with a shy smile, "I can't believe we're doing this, he's not going to believe this!" Keith laughs and turns to her, "That's why we're having Allura help us, she's going to be making a couple of hickies on the both of us." She goes wide-eyed and Keith opens the door and Allura is waiting outside the door with her makeup bag. "This is Allura, ya'll already know her face." Allura giggles and she gets into the frame as well. "As everyone knows, I'm gay." Allura and Pidge give him the 'no shit sherlock' face and he laughs, "But today, I'm going to try and convince my boyfriend that I'm Bisexual." The other two laugh, knowing that's impossible. 

"So let's get this makeup process started." Keith says and Allura sets her makeup on the bed and sits Keith down and bends his head so it's not in the way. It's been five minutes already and she's already created two. "She's gonna do one more on the other side of my neck. Then she'll be doing Pidge's neck." Keith explains and Pidge is pacing back and forth. Clearly being really nervous. "Just to clarify, neither Pidge and I would ever do this to Lance." Pidge sits beside Keith and nods quickly. "I will never hurt Lance like that, he's like a brother to me." Pidge says to the camera and stands up to start pacing again. "I would never cheat on Lance, I love him too much. But you guys asked for this prank, and since it's the last week of the prank war I thought why not." Keith chuckles and Allura grabs Pidge and sets her down. "Do you normally leave marks, Keith? He won't believe it if you don't." Keith goes red and wide-eyed and looks directly at the lens with a nervous look. "Maybe..." the other two chuckle and Allura begins her work on Pidge's neck.

About ten minutes later, Pidge changed into a tube top that she borrowed from Allura and hides under the sheets in Keith's and Lance's room. Keith takes his shirt off after hiding the camera and keeps his jeans on and sits against the headboard and is on his phone under the blankets. Pidge pretends to sleep and Keith nervously sits there. Allura makes sure it looks believable and she leaves the room without leaving evidence. "God he's not going react well Keith." Pidge whispers and Keith sighs, "I know, but it'll all be good." Pidge actually begins to fall asleep and Keith waits for Lance to come home. He hears the door open and he hits Pidge and she jolts but pretends to sleep. They're both nervous as hell but it's going to be okay, they hope...

Lance begins to walk upstairs to their room but heads to the bathroom to put his new hair products away. Keith quickly puts his headphones in and plays music. He looks through his feed while waiting for Lance to open the door. Lance sets the plastic bag under the cupboard where the rest of the bags are and he makes his way to his room. Keith is currently trying to figure out what the fuck he's going to say to lance when he walks in but he knows he can do it, they're all theatre students so this should be easy. Lance opens the doors and he looks at what's in front of him with confusion. "What the fuck is going on here?" Lance stays standing at the doorway, scared to move any farther. Pidge pretends to stir awake and she holds the blanket so Lance won't see the tube top and sits up looking sleepy. With the hickies in plain view. Lance then notices the hickies on the both of them. Pidge pretends to look shocked and she nudges Keith. He looks up and sees lance, his eyes go wide and pulls out his earbuds. "Oh god, you're home early." Keith says and that's when the both of them regret their decision of filming this video.

Lance is starting to feel heartbroken, seeing his lover of six years in bed with his best friend. "Yeah, I'm home early, what the fuck is going on here?" Lance says a little loudly and that's when Hunk and Allura walk towards their room. "Listen, Lance-" Pidge starts, "This was a mistake." Keith says and he decides to change the plan from what they were originally doing. "A mistake? You two chose to have sex!" Lance begins and their other roommates watch in suspense. "Listen, Lance, I swear it won't happen again!" Keith starts, Lance then has tears running his cheeks. "Just don't talk to me." He says heartbrokenly and he runs out of there. Pidge sits there in shock, Keith bolts out of bed grab the makeup wipe that he hid under the blankets and he runs to grab the camera. "Lance, Baby!" Keith chases him throughout the house and when they get outside he notices Lance starting his car. "Oh god." He runs up to the window and he hears Pidge screaming for her best friend. "Lance Baby open the window!" Keith screams and knocks on the window quickly.

Lance wipes his tears, "Baby, it's a prank! IT'S A PRANK!" Keith starts to really panic and Lance turns to see the camera and to see Pidge wiping her neck with a wipe and seeing the hickies come off. Lance cries out in relief and opens his door. Keith hands the camera to Pidge and he wipes off the hickies, "Baby I'd never actually do that to you." Keith holds Lance's face in his hands and wipes the tears that are still falling. Lance gives him a quick peck on the lips and pulls him into a hug. "You scared the shit out of me, please don't do that again. You really broke my heart back there." Lance chuckles, and Keith holding him tighter and sighs in relief. "I won't I promise, no more cheating pranks." Pidge smiles and Allura and Hunk stand there smiling with their cameras out and the go get different angles. "Am I a good actor Keith?" Lance pulls away smirking, "What? What do you mean?" Keith looks at him with an odd look. "Pidge told me your plans, I basically came here to hijack your prank." Keith stands there in shock and Pidge smirks and so does everyone else except Keith. Lance goes to his car and takes out a bouquet of roses and pulls something out of his pocket.

"Keith Kogane, I waited and waited for you to do a prank like this for a while now. I want to show you that I want you in my life forever," Lance opens the small black box and reveals a silver band and Keith freezes. He looks at everyone and then back at lance. "Is this a prank?" Keith asks and Lance shakes his head, "Today, five years ago, we went on our first date. That date is the mark of our first video here on YouTube, and I hope you'll say yes to my question because what just happened would of been my genuine reaction if somebody didn't tell me. But, since I knew, I wanted all of our fans to know that you're going to be mine forever." Keith has tears falling down his cheeks and Lance smiles with happy tears, "Will you marry me?" Lance asks and Keith nods quickly, "Yes I'll marry you." Lance smiles and brings Keith into a hug, Keith cries into his boyfriend's shoulder and lance smiles brightly. Keith pulls away a little and asks, "This isn't a prank right?" Lance laughs and shakes his head no, "Baby, this isn't a prank, I want to marry you." Keith begins to cry again and everyone starts cheering. Lance pulls Keith into a kiss and the two kiss happily.

After all the commotion, Pidge explains everything to their fans. "The whole house except for Keith known about the proposal since Lance bought the ring not too long ago. We planned to surprise you after you managed to convinced Lance you cheated. Then everything went on its own course." Pidge smiles and Keith just shakes his head and hides his face in his palms. "Can't believe you guys! You hijacked my video!" Keith says and Lance keeps hugging his fiancé from behind, he places a soft kiss on his lover's nape and Keith smiles. "So everyone, your otp klance is going to be forever canon!" Pidge looks at the viewfinder and smiles at the two with a huge smile. "I'm going to let the lovebirds be and head to my bedroom! Peace out guys!" She runs away from the tripod, the two move apart from each other and center themselves. 

"So, my prank was hijacked but I'm not even angry." He turns to kiss Lance on the cheek, Lance chuckles and moves to back hug him again. "Baby you're such a dork, why do you think I would believe you'd have sex with Pidge, you're hella gay." Lance laughs and Keith goes red, "It was a prank my fans wanted! Blame them." He simply says and looks off camera, Lance looks at the camera, "This dork is mine forever."
