["Master wake up, its time to get ready."] Emu said to Adonis as he hovers over him.

"Ugh...its to early. Why does it have to be 10 a.m. in the morning." Adonis groans as he snuggles more into his blanket.

["Master...."]

"...fine, go bring my backpack, let me take a quick shower." Adonis got up from bed and walked towards the bathroom to take a shower.

["Right away, Master."] Emu went to grab the backpack by using his own spiritual force to bring it to the bed.

"Emu, what is the second trial." Adonis asked Emu as he dried his hair with a towel.

["Master the second trial is what the applicants are going to wear."]

"...why?" Adonis questioned Emu with a look of confusion.

["Well, the point of this trial is to get rid of the ones that are trying to curry favor with the Ahil household."]

"uhuh, let's see then, what should I wear?" Adonis says as he looks through his closet.

"Emu, how do I look?" A dressed Adonis asks as he looks at his mirror to fix some minor creases in his sweater.

["Master you look very cute."] Emu shined pink

"Will these clothing pass the second trial?"

["Certainly Master, it doesn't break any of the rules."]

"Nice, now back to business." Adonis grabs his backpack and puts in the laptop he found yesterday night.

["Master why are you bringing your laptop with you?"]

"I have a feeling that I will need it later on." Adonis told Emu as he started to walk out of his apartment complex, to follow the GPS coordinates the staff sent him through an email.

["I see, Master to do you wish for me to tell you of any dangers you may encounter on your way to the designated interview location?"] Emu sat on Adonis head.

"Yes, do that. Give me an update on the applicants."

["There were 150 applicants, that include 100 women and 50 men, you are 101. The first trial made 20 applicants fail. As of now, there is 130 applicants left including you, Master."]

"...they dropped fast like flies." Adonis commented to Emu.

["True."] Emu sweat dropped

~~Adonis and Emu talk through their mind link, as they walk towards their destination. The Ahil household was about 2 hours away from his apartment.~~

"The original sure suffered as he walked back home for 2 hours holding in the pain from the injuries he received."

["That is half correct Master."]

"What do you mean?"

["The original surely suffered as he walked back home but at the same time he didn't as much as you think. As I have informed you before, Adonis mother was a scientist and she injected him with one of her experiments."]

"Yea, what about that? Did Adonis receive a side affect?"

["As a result from the injection from his mothers experiment he normally didn't feel physical pain at all, as a normal person would. He felt the pain more emotionally than anything."]

"That's interesting, do I have the side affect as well?"

["No you don't Master...you should know as you complained about the pain when you awoke in Adonis body."] Emu teased Adonis

"It did hurt! Especially, with how weak Adonis body is. Thankfully, I ate the pill that cleansed Adonis body, now I don't have a malnourished body and look more healthy than before. Although, I still have a feminine body structure." Adonis pouted as he crossed his arms.

["Whatever you say Master. By the way, would you like to access the Book of Life about your Mother and Father? The Book of Life will allow you to see what they did before they died."]

"...Yes! Why didn't you tell me earlier about this? How do I access the Book of Life?"

["My bad Master, it didn't seem important to address such question. To access the Book of Life Master would need to purchase the skills your mother and father possessed before their death."]

["Yes Master."] Emu nodded towards Adonis

"...Father was a ninja!" Adonis almost tripped as he exclaimed in surprise at his fathers skill.

["Master, someone is now following you. You are not in danger, they are part of the staff in the Ahil Household."]

"Is this for the second trial?" Adonis questioned Emu as he changed his whole demeanor by having his face flush a little to show signs of tiredness from walking for 2 hours non-stop and holding his backpack straps with nervousness.

['Master sure can change his whole character in seconds to fit a situation']

["Master, it seems that you have passed the second trial. The one in charge for your second and third trial is Derek, surprisingly he is Leroy Ahils (The ML) right hand man and best friend."]

"...why is he my supervisor for the second and third trial?"

["It would seem that Derek annoyed Leroy by doing something and Leroy ordered Derek to supervise an applicant selected from his father and aunt as his punishment."]

"Mmm, let's play with him for a while. Can we?" Adonis playfully asks Emu.

["Sure Master, Knock yourself out."] Emu deadpanned at his Master, questioning if he did the correct thing in agreeing with his request to 'play' with Derek.

"Yes!" Adonis eyes twinkled with mischief, but to the outside world he only sighed as if expressing his need for rest.

["By the way, Master would you like to purchase the two skills to access the Book of Life?"]

"No, at this time I don't want to purchase them. Maybe a little later."

["Affirmative Master."]

"What is the third trial about?"

["The third trial is to check if the applicants have any martial art abilities and if they are spies from other families wanting to get dirt from the Ahil family."]

"Mmm, okay here is the plan. I will avoid all of the objects or attacks from Derek.

Emu has the household gotten information on all of the applicants?"

Since they think that you are acting or is a spy. There are not many people who are innocent or naïve especially from the slums where the ugliness of society is always present. The main reason as to why Derek became your supervisor was due to Leroy's Father and Aunt being the ones in charge of placing the supervisors to their applicants."]

*giggle* 'Time to play, Derek.' Adonis smirked with mischief

['...Praying for your soul dear Derek.'] Emu lit a candle for Derek, who is unknowingly going to suffer from Adonis pranks.
