BLOODTHIRSTY EYE

"Beginning."

I wake up at 6:30 A.M. as usual, it's Monday so I have to get ready fast. Get up from my bed and start trying to find clothes to wear. I took a T-shirt, black hoodie to wear on top, gray jeans, and my black sneakers. Or at least that's what I've been told the colors of my clothes are, I can't see anything only black and white after all. So how would I know?
I go downstairs to the kitchen and take some milk and cereal from the fridge. I sit down on the table and start eating. After I'm done I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth, after that I get my house keys and get out to close the door, it's 7:00 A.M. so now I have 30 minutes to get to my school, that's more than enough I guess, my school is very close to were my house is. I start walking after a few minutes I hear someone call out my name. "Charlie! Charlie! Wait up!" Said the person. I couldn't make out who it was yet so I waited for them, as they came closer I noticed it's one of my friends.
"Hey, Emily, why are you in such a rush?" I say. "Oh come on Charlie, did you forget that we were going to walk together today!? Jeez, your memory must be so rusty!!" Emily said. "I guess you're right." I say. Emilys face lightened up "oh come on now! Let's go, we don't want to be late now do we!?" Emily said, she took my hand and then ran with me before I could even say anything, so I just followed her. When we got to school, we went straight in our classrooms, it was 7:30 A.M. we were right on time. Emily let go of my hand "So Charlie, we'll see each other in lunch time?" She said. "Yes, of course." I said, after that she ran to go to her classroom. I then walked over to mine, after I get in I start putting my stuff away, as I start doing that someone puts their hand on my desk. "Hey Charlie how are you?" Said the person, I look up at them, it's just another one of my friends. "Oh. Hi Jack, I'm good, what about you?" I said. "Oh I'm doing great! As usual! So, are you gonna stay after school with me today? Yknow we have practice and stuff so why not join us?" He said. "Well, my parents tell me not to participate in activities I can get hurt in." I say, he then smiles at me."come on, they won't know if you lie to them" he says, is he being serious? I can't possibly lie to my parents, if they were to find out, they'd be really mad. "I know but what if they find out Jack?" I asked. "Don't worry, I'll take full responsibility for it!" He said with a reassuring smile. "Alright then Jack. I'll go with you." I say. "really!!? Thank you! I'll make sure we all have a great time then!" He said as he walked off to his desk. The teacher then came in...

|| 12:30 Lunch Time ||

I went in the cafeteria waiting for Emily to show up, she was always late when it came to meeting up. After waiting a few minutes I see her running toward me. "Phew! So you made it here before me? That's a first!" She said. "Actually I'm here earlier than you everyda-" I was cut off by Emily. "C'mon lets sit down and eat!" She says. "Alright then Emily." I say, we sit down at our usual spot, and start chatting and chatting. "Hey, Charlie, you never told me why your parents are so strict with you, I mean.. it might be personal but if you want to you can tell me.." she says. I take a deep breath "Why haven't you asked this question before? I could've answered you sooner." I say, Emily looks at me "w-well I don't want to invade your privacy! Besides I just really didn't  want to make you uncomfortable.." she said. "Alright.. So.. you know about my vision problems correct?" I ask, She nods. "Well, apparently their worried that I will get hurt more and more than I already am, and so they don't let me do any of the activities I like, they won't even let me do something as simple as drawing because I might hurt myself somehow. Everything is so dangerous to them." I say. "Well.. that doesn't sound necessary!" She says, I nod. After that the bell rang.

||3:30 P.M. After School||

I went to the gym waiting for Jack to come, he  usually isn't late, after a few minutes I see him, but I don't see the other people who are supposed to be here for practice. Jack then approaches me "hey Charlie! Glad to see you made it!" He says. "Jack..where is the rest of your squad? Don't you all usually practice together?" I ask, he looks at me "o- oh..well.. today we don't have practice due to some complications, but I thought we could still practice together!" He says. "Alright, just make sure I don't get hurt. My parents are really strict about me getting hurt." I say, he smiles at me "don't worry I promise you won't even have a scratch!" He says. I nodded and then went to the locker room to change...
