Please Don't Tell

Rush To Escape

Nathan madly rushes into my room from room B.

"Quick come with me and be quiet once we have left the building i will tell you hat is going on" he whispers in my ear

He walks towards room B and gestures a hand for me to come so i get out of the chair and follow him through a room that looks exactly like the one i was being tested in.

We went through a door with no label that lead us out to an alley way, i was scared and wanted to know why it was such a rush to leave.

We went to the train station.

"Why did we have to leave? Do mum and dad know we are leaving?" I say desperately wanting answers

Nathan looked around checking no one was near before saying "they are going to kill us i know that your black dots came up pink to i saw, that means we have no power and that they have to kill us because we could become a threat to everyone. Mum and dad sort of know, while you were upstairs getting ready mum said that this might happen and that i was to get you out and to the train station and try get to the border"

"Nathan I'm scared what is going to happen to us" i bearly get out through my tears

" i don't know but i will protect you baby sis" he whispers while wiping my tears away

The train arrived and it was almost empty just a few people here and there. We get on a carriage with an old man sitting in a window seat quite far away and a guy who was at the station in a grey suit with black sunglasses.

The old man got off a few stations before us. The guy in the suit was still on the train when we reached the last station. We got off and headed to the exit and turned right onto a little a little strip of shops, i noticed that the suited guy was still behind us but i didn't think to much of it maybe it was just a coincidence.

We went to a cafe named Yellow Seas. The suited guy turned into a cafe straight across the road.

A teenage boy came over to ask us what we would like to order, Nathan got nachos and i got a chicken salad. It looked like he was the only one working here.

Nathan rang our mum.

"You were right the test didnt work but its ok"

"Yea we got off at the last stop"

"Dont worry mum i will look after Giselle, we will be fine"

That was all i could make out from his conversation.

I could feel someone watching me and my head automatically looked across the street to where the suited guy was seated and i saw him staring at me and Nathan and i started to panic. I didn't want to say straight away that we were being followed because the suited guy was still staring and he would be able to tell i was talking about him but mainly because Nathan already had the stress of sorting us out for running away he didnt need the stress of being followed but i knew i would have to tell him very soon that man could be very dangerous.

Nathan went up to the counter to pay with money mum had given him earlier in case of this emergency and he started talking to the guy at the counter who was the same guy who had taken our order.

"Giz, come over here you need to meet this guy" Nathan called out to me

"Giz this is Thomas, Thomas this is Giselle"

"Please just call me Tom" he said putting his hand out for me to shake

Tom was a good looking guy, he had blond hair, blue eyes and tanned skin. He gave me butterflies.

"Hi Tom nice to meet you." I say giving him my best smile

"Anyway Tom is the same as us he doesn't have any kind of power his tests were also pink, he had his tests last year so he is 17 but he came down here and got a job and started life down here although he had to change his identity and his looks" Nathan informs me

I look over the street and the suited guy is still watching us.
