That night, the little girl had managed to escape the wrath of the earlking, alongside only a part of the pack that was designated to the Alpha and respected his decision. No matter how much they'd have to suffer.

A part of them did it for the Alpha and what they had promised their leader. While the other part of them was curious, and determined to see what a girl would do. If she had survived the ceremony of the worthy and this was her destiny, they could only imagine what she was capable of. The pack was split into two that night, a new Alpha was appointed but before he could gather the rest of the Asgarhs, a section of them had escaped. And even though, everyone knew where, no one dared follow them.

When Leno had heard about the Alpha's betrayal, he couldn't believe it, and later he couldn't believe his eyes either when the Alpha brought the girl to him. On his knees, desperation scribbled across his face, as he begged for his daughter's protection and nothing else, even if he had to sacrifice himself. The alpha's last words to Leno, his brother in this world and hereafter were, "Please, protect her. Please, please."

Leno didn't have any time to answer or impose his will, because as soon as he had said those words the Alpha laid the baby girl in his arms, and disappeared.

At that moment, there was a choice. And for Leno his brain screamed to hand over the baby to the earlking but his heart hammered and told him to run. And he did in fact run, with his sons by his side and a few members of the pack, he ran towards a place where they could only hope of surviving.

The Mortal's realm.

----------

They survived. For 21 years, without being hunted for their heads.

Although, there was a catch, to escape the earlking, to make sure he longer felt their presence and also to ensure their safety in such critical situation. They had to be sedated, small doses that would temporally take away their abilities and have them off the radar.

So, for Razielle, she was yet to know what she was capable of and her past. All she knew, as she had been told by Leno was how great of man her father was and how 'special' she was. Her mind would usually drift off to her father and wonder why he had to sacrifice himself, what was more important than being with his daughter and how would things turn out if he was here.

With the said thought in her mind, she sat in the car waiting for her two best friends or practically her brothers to join her so they could head off to their football game. So as soon Zayden and Griffin piled into the car, the dynamic trio head off to the field.

Where everything was soon about to change.

The three of them were absolutely extraordinary; they had excelled in their academic performances and were crushing it with a variety of physical activities. They had always derived attention towards them; almost as it was almost irresistible to not look their way. It was quite strange at first, but overtime they all had come to terms with it. After all one could not resist sparing a glance towards this inseparable group of such incredibly charming people.

Razielle could not shake off the thought of her father, and wondered what he would think of her, and of the person she is now. Engrossed in her thoughts, Razielle was broken out of her daze by Griffins booming voice echoing in her ears, "We're at the stadium! Get your ass up and fantasize about whatever later."

Razielle only rolled her eyes and proceeded to get out of the car. She got her kit and essential's and slung it over her shoulder.

"Will Uncle Leno be here for today's game?" inquired Razielle as the three made their way to the dressing room.

"He said he'll be here. But we can only hope dad is on time and not 5 minutes before the final whistle" Responded Zayden with a slight chuckle, causing the group to laugh along with him while reminiscing the memory.

------

Leno was exactly on time for this game, if not too early. He had a gut feeling something was about to happen, so he made sure to secure the perimeter and invite his friends or rather old pack members over for this game. He cheered on for his children dominating the field, while simultaneously scanning the crowd for any uncertain activity.

It was all clear, and certainly nothing went wrong, until the final whistle rang.

For the mortals, it was an ear screeching noise that rang over the speakers, almost deafening. All of them were on their knees, curled into a ball with their hands over their ears begging it to stop.

For Leno, it was the unmistakable sound, of the particles of two separate realms colliding.

The ierós had entered the mortal realm, and he knew exactly what they were looking for.
