Why Derek wanted me to come back to this dreadful town, I don't know. All he said was 'Beacon Hills needs a Hale to protect it, and the McCall Pack'. He gave me instructions, like keep an eye on the pack, live in his old loft and attend Beacon Hills High School. Apparently, the school is a prime location for supernatural activity in this town - mainly because nearly all of the McCall Pack are high school students.

The heavy rainfall beats down on me, as I reluctantly stroll into Beacon Hills High School. Apparently, there is a tradition for Seniors, where we go to this thing called 'Senior Scribe' and sign our names on this bookshelf in the library. Derek told me about when he signed it, and told me it would throw suspicion off of me if I take-part in these sorts of things.

The familiar sound of growling grabs my attention, making me look towards an underpass of sorts, where a couple of werewolves are fighting. Rushing over, I start shifting into my werewolf form - my eyes glowing a deep red, fangs growing from my gums and claws extending from my finger nails, along with other werewolf features. Deciding I need to quicken my speed, I drop onto all-fours and rush over there like a wolf - something Derek and I do from time-to-time.

When I arrive, a werewolf who looks to be over 6ft tall, has stabbed an Alpha - presumably Scott McCall - as his pack watch in horror as his power is being drained from him. Acting fast, I take a grip on the taller wolf's arm and push the claws out of Scott. Unfortunately, the talons are still imbedded in his chest, but Scott just yanks them out and throws them to the ground, gaining his strength back.

With ease, I break the taller werewolf's arm, sending him to his knees in pain, as the broken bone is visibly sticking out of his arm, while I tower over the now-fallen werewolf, as Scott and his pack look at me in awe. "I don't know who you are or what you thought you were going to do, but I'm going to give you a choice. You can stay and I'll break something else. Or you can run." I snarl menacingly, giving him an ultimatum, before he looks over at the rest of the pack.

"I'd run." the human - who Derek told me is Stiles - recommends, making me smirk slightly. Taking Stiles' advice, the taller wolf scurries away, hunched over as he cradles his broken arm. Scott and the kitsune - Kira, if I recall - walk over to the pack, now shifted back to normal, as they look at the other beta and I expectantly. Shifting back, I notice they recognise me slightly, noticing the similarities between Derek and I, making me smirk slightly.

"Ladies first." the unknown beta tells me, making me playfully roll my eyes. "Please, I insist." I sarcastically nudge him on, making him roll his eyes playfully, before stepping up, also noticing the slight looks of recognition from Scott and Stiles. "You don't remember me, do you? I guess I look a little different since the fourth grade." he explains, making Scott's face light up in recognition.

"Theo?" Scott questions, making 'Theo' smirk slightly and nod in confirmation. "You know him?" the werecoyote - my cousin, Malia - asks, confused. "They used to. Trust me, I never though I'd see you guys again. A couple months ago, I heard of an Alpha in Beacon Hills. When I found out his name is Scott McCall, just couldn't believe it. Not just an Alpha, but a True Alpha." Theo explains, making Scott tilt his head slightly, looking at him warily. I notice Stiles looking at him skeptically, and I have to say, I'm not getting great vibes off this guy, right now.

"What do you want?" Scott asks, both cautious and curious. "I came back to Beacon Hills. Back home with my family. Because I want to be part of your pack." Theo explains, making Stiles and I more skeptical. "And you? Why do you look so familiar?" Stiles asks me, confused. "Ah, your probably recognising a little bit of my older brother in me. He needed another Hale to look out for Beacon Hills, so he sent his True Alpha little sister to help out." I explain, surprising them when I mentioned 'Hale' and 'True Alpha'.

"Derek? Your Derek's little sister?" Scott asks, intrigued. "Yeah, and I'm a True Alpha." I remind him, smirking. "And how do we know you're not lying?" Malia speaks up, cautious. "Just ask Derek yourself, cousin." I tell her, smirking, before mysteriously walking away, not bothering to sign the bookshelf in the school. I've already had too much excitement for one night.

Before I can fully leave, I hear Scott call out to me, "Wait, what's your name?" he asks, making me turn around to them, still smirking. "I'm Dawn. Dawn Hale." I tell them, before turning back around and strutting off back to my Camaro.

A/N: What do you think so far? I'm thinking about making Dawn a cross between Scott, Allison and Derek - three of my favourite characters in the show, especially Allison. Scawn (Scott & Dawn) will be slow burnish at first, with Scira (Scott & Kira) still together. However, after Kira leaves, Scawn will start moving quicker, and they'll become endgame in this story. Comment what you think.
