Jenn and Harry began dating back when the band was still together. Jenn moves out to California and lived under one roof with all of the boys in order to spend more time with Harry on a regular basis.

That's where the basis for their domestic discipline relationship got its roots. You see, the boys all looked out for each other and kept each other in line with Louis and Liam at the head of the house. Ultimately, they made the rules and anyone that broke them had to face the consequences that they chose to hand out—which usually involved a trip over one of their knees. However, Harry also had a responsibility to keep Jenn in line and they liked the structure this system provided for their relationship and their lives. So, they decided to continue it even after the band went on a break. Jenn and Harry moved out on their own and Harry moved into the Head of House role. However, that didn't let Harry off the hook completely. He may not have as many rules to follow but Louis and Liam still check in on him— especially Louis, since they are neighbors.
