"KAYLEE STOP YOU'RE ANNOYING!" I shouted at my friend who was cracking up with laughter. We were reminiscing on old childhood memories and she was making fun of the time I-..let's just keep that secret.
"Oh my god Y/N calm down it's not that serious" kaylee said chuckling. Kaylee, the annoying sibling you would never want..except she's my annoying best friend. You can't live with her but you also can't live without her.
"Ooo okay so I was talking to josh in homeroom today-" Kaylee went on but I began to tune her out as my eyes trailed over her shoulder at her older sister Taylor, who had just walked into the kitchen. I may or may not have a little..crush on her. I know I shouldn't crush on my best friend's sibling but I mean I can't help it. I stayed watching her as her eyes met mine as I panicked and looked away quickly.
"Oh hey y/n, hey Kaylee." She said walking over with a bottle of water in her hand. She looked stunning.
"Sis you're kinda interrupting our bestie talk." Kaylee said shooting her a glare as Taylor rolled her eyes. "Whatever, I'm sure you're boring y/n anyways" Taylor said smirking as Kaylee gasped,"I am not." She said defensively as I snickered.
"Mhm sure." Taylor said smiling as she noticed my snicker.
"Can you just leave oh my god." Kaylee said annoyed. "Yeah ok, bye y/n" Taylor said excusing herself shooting me a smile before leaving.
"Ugh she's annoying, hold up I'll be right back" Kaylee said as she got up and ran out the living room.
I heard a knock and the sound of the front door opening, I walked over and saw a tall blond guy step in wrapping his arms around Taylor's waist as they kissed and headed upstairs. I heard the sound of footsteps and quickly ran over to the couch and sat down as Kaylee walked in.
"Um Taylor let some guy in" I said questioning as she sighed. "Don't worry it's just her boyfriend Joe." Kaylee said sitting down.
"Boyfriend..?" I asked confused. "Yeah they started dating last year she's just kept it lowkey " kaylee said as I nodded and looked away. I couldn't help it I was kinda disappointed, I thought I had a chance there.
-later that night-
I looked out and saw Taylor near the pool she was wearing a short silk robe as she watched the lights of the pool. I slowly opened the door and stepped out. I stopped as Taylor looked over and saw me.
"Oh hey y/n... come here." She said waving me over. I walked over looking at the pool as she smiled.
"Swims at night are the best ya know." She said as she slipped off her robe slowly exposing the swimsuit she had under as she made her way in to the pool. "Why don't you come in it feels nice." She said smiling as I smiled nervously and shook my head.
"I don't have any clothes..o-or else I would of course." I said gulping slightly. "Oh come on just strip down and come in." She said rolling her eyes slightly.
"I don't know if I could just strip ya know I don't have any extra clothes." I said looking around. "..then just strip everything off and get in." She said shrugging as I froze. "Come on don't be shy, watch I'll do it too." She said as she started undoing her swimsuit top.
I stayed in shock as she slowly stripped off her swimsuit and tossed it off. "Come on your turn." She said laughing softly as she swan around waiting for me. I looked around and stripped off as I stepped into the pool slowly and hesitant.
"You have to go in further than that." She said swimming up, grabbing my hands and pulling me down deeper into the water. I squealed slightly as the water hit my dry skin. I felt my cheeks grow warm as I realized how close I was to Taylor.
"What?" She asked confused as she noticed how nervous I was, "Are you embarrassed?" She asked.
"No just a bit nervous." I said gulping as she smirked slightly. "Come on you don't have to be nervous." She said as she moved her body up close against mine our faces inches apart. I felt my cheeks grow red as I felt her skin against mine.
"See..you don't have to be nervous.." she said softly as she placed wrapped my arms around her waist before placing her hand on the back of my neck and the other on my shoulder. "T-Taylor..." I said my breath growing quicker.
"Shh.." She said before locking her lips onto mine. I shut my eyes as our lips moved against one another, our tongues locked as our kiss grew deeper.
"Y/N.." I heard a soft voice say. I opened my eyes and saw Kaylee looking at me. I was dreaming.
"Huh What time is it?" I asked rubbing my eyes. "It's 6 am you were making weird noises" she said yawning.
"Sorry Kay." I said sighing as I got up. "It's whatever but Im going back to sleep." She said before crashing back into her pillows. I had spent the night because we stayed up late watching movies since we had nothing to do all weekend. I headed downstairs and saw Taylor in a oversized t-shirt and pony tail.
"Morning.." I said smiling softly as she turned around smiling. "Hey y/n" she said before pouring a cup of coffee,"do you want anything? Coffee? Tea?..sorry my sister is being a bad host." She said as we laughed.
"No it's fine she's just being lazy and went back to bed." I said shrugging. "Well..I was just about to make food if you want some." She said as she opened the fridge.
"Um yeah sure" I said smiling slightly.
Taylor made breakfast as light music played and we stayed silent. I couldn't stop thinking about my dream, I just didn't know how to feel about it.
A few minutes passed and Taylor had served breakfast. We both ate and talked as a lazy Kaylee walked in.
"What no food for me?..wow" she said shaking her head as she made herself a bowl of cereal. "Well maybe be a better host, see ya y/n" Taylor said smiling as she walked out the room.
"Be a better host" Kaylee said mimicking Taylor as she ate her food.
I guess I can't help but fall for Taylor's caring nature.
