From Ashes to Swords

Far away in a small town, there was a young boy named Xaven Risory. He found himself waking up under a tree. He did not know where he was or how he got there. It was a peaceful place where the grass was soft and the wind was fresh.

The scenery was beautiful until he saw a strange electrical signal in the sky. Everything became technological, it was so futuristic, it was cool. However, he was wondering if there was anyone else out there somewhere or was he the only one? He tried to run far but no matter how hard he tried, no one was there.

It all happened when he was day-dreaming in the classroom, what he imagined was exactly how he felt in reality. The world is changing but all he felt was emptiness. Suddenly, his teacher walked angrily towards him, slammed his table and scolded him. He was left, shocked and shivering with cold hands.

As he grew older, he experienced many things that made him feel sad. Even if it was a small and common thing to everyone's eyes, he felt as if the world is messed up. Though it is difficult, he made up his mind. He wanted to become a doctor. One that could save lives or motivate others to make the world a better place to live in.

The harder he worked for this dream. He found out that all his experiences he had all along were his motivation, it was neither a punishment or a curse. Day by day, month after month, year after year. He was closer at every step he took. He held the rocks tightly and climbed his mountain up to the light he saw. It was no longer just a dream.

One day, he finally got a grip on his goal, he is now a doctor. Xaven then compared his future with his past. He thought he could not do it, he could not make it. Surprising, he can and he did. He realized that he was once born with nothing and now he is something.
