What happened to everything?

Chapter 15

*future Lydia's pov*
I was in the house doing my normal routine of where I go to Charles' office for the morning song then I teach for the rest of the day but then I saw Logan in the halls and he looked confused and hank was walking to lesson

"Morning Logan, late start" hank commented and chuckled and then I remembered why he looked so confused and walked over to him

"Good morning Logan, Charles' office I'm guessing?" He asked and he nodded at me and looked at me shocked and we walked down the stairs and saw storm talking to the kids and kids were walking to lessons and then two individuals ran over to us and hugged Logan and he hugged them back. Tommy and Amelia. I soon ushered them off to teach their lessons and they groaned but went anyway and then I saw jean at the doorway of the professors office and Logan looked completely shocked and I knew why. Because of what was supposed to happen to jean originally but it never did

"Hello Logan, Lydia" she greeted and I nodded at her and Logan just walked towards her

"Are you okay?" She asked him and got quite close to her

"You're here" he whispered

"Where else would I be." Jean asked confused and looked at me confused and I just shook my head, not wanting to explain because it was a very long story and then he went to go touch her hand but his wrist was grabbed

"Woah, easy pal" Scott said and I smiled at him and then he saw me and hugged me as me and Scott had a close brother and sister bond

"Some things never change" Logan muttered and then put his hand on his shoulder and Scott looked down confused

"Good to see you Scott" Logan commented and Scott looked at me and I shrugged walking in and then he said something and walked out with jean soon following him and then Logan walked in and I kissed charms on the cheek and he just kept reading his book and I rolled my eyes playfully

"I saw that Mrs Xavier" he said and I looked at him

"Well I'm very sorry professor" I said and he looked at me and smirked

"I'll get you for that one, he said snd I chuckled at him and Logan walked further into the office

"You did it" Logan commented

"Did what? Logan don't you have a class to teach?" Charles asked him while chucking his book on the desk and moving his hover chair over to Logan

"A class?teach?" Logan questioned like it was ridiculous and I laughed at his expression

"Yes history" I said to him and he looked at me

"Actually I could use some help with that" Logan commented and I looked at him

"Help with what?" Charles asked, knowing what he was on about

"Pretty much everything after 1973" he said and I smiled at him and he smiled back

"Cause the history I know is different" he commented and I nodded

"Welcome back" Charles whispered and Logan smiled at him

"It's good to see you Charles, you too Lydia. It's good to see everyone" he said, referring to our agreement on the plane

"Well we had a promise to keep" Charles said and smiled at me and I smiled back

"All three of us have a lot of catching up to do" Charles said and we all smiled

"Yea" Logan said agreeing with him

"What's the last thing you remember?" Charles asked him and Logan looked a bit worried

"Drowning" Logan commented but I knew I had sorted that out

"So did you ever split up then" Logan asked me and Charles looked really confused and I smiled at Logan

"No we never did, we fixed each other and we still have our fights but we stayed strong for around about 50 years now" I said and Logan looked impressed and then we all sat down together and just talked  about everything Logan missed
