I take one quick look at Jimin, then back to the handsome stranger. In the blink of an eye, I let go of Jimin's hand, which I didn't notice I was still holding, and quickly turn around to power walk down the stairs. Oh my god. This is embarrassing. Stranger must be thinking I'm some kind of hooker, first catching me answering the door in nothing but a small-almost-offensive towel, and just now with heated skin heading into his brother's room. I wished about a trillion times running down the stairs that teleportation was an actual thing, just so that I could disappear from this mansion and never have to see either of them ever again.

I hear a faint call for my name, but I don't look back. I was about to reach the front door when I am startled by a tall guy with pink-ish hair, suddenly appearing and standing tall and wide before me. I let out a sharp yelp, putting on the brakes before I crash into him making this situation my who-knows-how-many-th awkward moment of the day.

"Excuse me, who are you and why are you in my house running?" he says staring at me.

"I'm literally nobody, and I really shouldn't have come here. Can I please go? You won't see me again, I promise, so just forget you ever saw me here." I blurbed out in a panic, tapping my foot quickly.

He is still not moving. And I'm getting a little impatient as I hear footsteps coming from upstairs and realize Jimin is now within eyesight again. Fuck shit fuck can't he just get out of the freaking way! I yell inside my head. He sees the panic in my eyes and somehow understands he has to move aside. He slowly shifts away from the door and I nod to him, giving him a silent thank you and turn the knob to make my escape. I start running away from this place, sending a text to my driver begging him to come pick me up at the front gate. While I'm slowly getting further and further away from Jimin's house, I quickly glance behind me and am relieved to see nobody's chasing me.

------------

"Hyung, what the hell was that? Why did you let her go?"

Jimin reaches the lobby, still a little out of breath, followed by Stranger. Pink is still beside the door, a little bit in shock from all the panic and loud footsteps heard throughout the house. He turns around to face Jimin and simply lets out in a calm tone:

"Wait, what was I supposed to do? Hold a stranger hostage in my house when I have no clue who she is? Wouldn't that make the situation even more weird?"

Jimin sighs and sits down on the stairs, clenching his fists together. "That was Tess." he lets out, throwing his head between his knees. "Shit" he adds, lifting his head back up to meet Pink's stare.

Pink's eyes widen immediately, as he finally starts to put the puzzle pieces together. "Oh man, the soda girl? What the heck was she doing here, and follow up question, why did she end up running away looking mortified? Did you bring her here to.. you know.. help you out?"

Jimin winces at Pink's words. "Namjoon-hyung, do you think I'm some sort of disgusting dog that would bring a girl over just for that? Aish, I'm not Yoongi-hyung for Christ's sake."

Namjoon chuckles, and quickly apologizes for the unreasonable assumption. "Sorry bro, my bad. Don't talk about Yoongi too loud, although it's highly unlikely he'll hear you from his studio. What was she doing here anyway?" He sits beside Jimin, shoving him lightly to lighten the mood.

Jimin sighs, but remains silent. He's still staring at his fingers, when Stranger suddenly comes down the stairs and crouches down in front of him. Jimin lifts his face, seeing his friend looking at him with questioning eyes. "Jin-hyung. Was that really the girl you saw this morning? Tell me it was a mistake, tell me she isn't the beautiful girl you've been talking about since you got home earlier." He stares at Jin, hoping his prayers would be answered. Hoping that it wasn't about her that Jin had been rambling all afternoon, telling his brothers about the angel he had seen a couple hours ago that same day.
