When Dylan comes back he is in a hospital where they all do X-rays and said that he has over 50 bones that were fractured and that haven't fully healed. Dylans body has 40% scar tissue because all of the tortures and all the times he was shot stabbed and hurt on the island. He goes home the next day and when he gets there he goes into the living room and sees his brother Austin and sisters Kat, Amber and Erika all looked shocked too see him and all gave him a hug and all got upset. Dylan then starts working out but meets a new girl in starling city named Victoria. She just seems like a nice normal.person but Dylan knows if someone seems like that then they aren't all nice. So Dylan decided to make a hide out in his dads old construction place and made every thing. He now has learned alot about Victoria and will learn more some other time. Dylan meets up with Victoria but not as himself. Now he has become someone else now he is someone else now he is something else he has become a hero now known as the Symbiotic Arrow.
