It has been over 9 months now that she's been in captivity. Currently , Lola's sitting at the corner of the tank , apparently sad and scared. She didn't know what to do. She just wanted to be free once again. She lets out a depressed sigh and looks down . Yes , the robots were called Kraang. She discovered that not too long ago.
Lola looks up from her and stares at the tank and the room she's in. No one was in with her. Lola decided to come up with a plan of her escape. But the biggest problem is : How is she going to escape ? I mean , she has no legs to crawl out. So she began to ponder for ideas.
Seduce them ? No. Use her hypnotic singing ? No. Charm them ? No way !
Just as she was about to give up , she then remembered something that her parents taught her. It was the sonic scream. The sonic scream is a power of both sirens and mermaids alike. Its whenever they feel threatened , scared , or angry , they scream extremely super loud to the point your eardrums burst , your ear's will and you'll be permanently deaf . But those effects only happen if you stay in the scream for a while. It can even break through anything with that powerful voice .
Them suddenly , a lightbulb lit in her head. Now she has a good idea. She'll use her sonic scream to free herself. So she smirks evilly at the thought-out plan . So , Lola swims all the way in the back of the tank for some space . She takes a huge deep breath and releases her loud , ear-splitting scream at the glass. The nearly invisible echo rings of the screams make the glass tank grow huge cracks until it leaks water . So Lola continued shrieking until the glass bursts and the water rushes out , taking the siren out with it.
Once she landed on the now wet ground covered with shattered glass , Lola takes a deep breath and exhales. After catching her breath , Lola looks back at the destroyed tank before looking back forward. Happy that she's now free , she briefly celebrates until the alarms go off and the door in front of her open to see three Kraang robots armed with guns. When they spotted the destroyed tank , they walked over to inspect it. The mermaid was nowhere in sight.
But when they got closer , Lola jumps up from behind it and attacks the robots with her punches and tail kicks , knocking them out as the brain creatures from the stomach emerge and retreat , making the stunning Lola shudder in disgust. Next , she spots a nearby open window . Much to her delight , she gasps happily and starts crawling to it . She puts her hands on the sill and with all her strength , she pulls herself off the ground and onto the window sill. But before she could jump off , three other robots came in and one has a harpoon gun with two holes holding two sharp harpoons. Lola gasps and tries to escape , as the Kraang robot aimed his gun and shoots. Both harpoons missed. But they gash Lola's left hip , making her yell out in affliction right before she fell out the window into the water. The Kraang rush to the window and looks down at the water in search for her. They don't see her anywhere. Not even a blowing ripple. So they went back in .
Awhile later , Lola pops her head back up with a huge gasp . She takes a few deep breaths. After that , she looks at her surroundings . Then looks up at the window to see no Kraang. Lola sighs in relief as no robot was chasing after her. She then felt a stinging sensation that made her wince. She looks down to see two fresh scars on her left hip and blood was gushing out of the wounds and into the water , making it bleed quicker. Lola knows she would die if she just let the blood leak out , so she decided to swim far away from that horrid place. She didn't care where she goes or where she would end up at , as long as it's not that place she suffered in for months.
After what seems to be 30 minutes , she spots the nearby docks. She looks around to see if anyone was there. Luckily , there was no one. So she sighs and swam up to the docks. Once she got there , she pulls herself up onto it , putting her in a seated position. She looks down at her soaked stomach and tail. Her eyes directed to her bleeding scars. She touches them and looks at her blood covered hand before she puts both her hands onto her hip , trying to apply pressure onto it.
She didn't know how long it's going to be to make it stop bleeding. But she has to do it quick or else someone might see her.
