"Peaches!"

Riley yelled, running out of her apartment door. She threw herself into Maya's arms.

"I miss you!"

"You saw me yesterday Riles,"

Maya laughed.

"Hmmm, does that change the fact that i missed you?"

Maya gave a little smile as she watched Riley ponder her own question.

"No of course it didn't,"

She determined wuth a smile. Grabbing Maya's hand which gave Maya this funny feeling in her stomach she couldn't quite explain she pulled her into the apartment.

"Bay window?"

Maya asked, walking ahead of Riley.

"Hey, Maya,"

Topanga called from the kitchen table.

"How you doing sweetie?"

"I'm good, thanks Topanga,"

Maya smiled.

"How's Matthews?"

Topanga turned to look at her husband. He wss sat there muttering

"Have i taught these kids nothing... they think Americans came from India!"

"He's Matthews,"

Topanga answered.

"Of course he is",

Riley laughed.

"Probably grading your test, Maya,"

She joked.

"Hey!"

Maya objected with a laugh as Riley pulled her through to her bedroom.

"Close the door,"

Riley said.

Maya kicked the door shut with her heel before joining Riley at the bay window.

"How was your day?"

Riley asked with a big smile.

"As good as usual,"

Maya shrugged.

Riley's smile was so infectious.

Well mine was great! I saw a puppy and it was so cute i died. Why are animals so cute, peaches?"

"I dunno, honey."

Reaching into her bag. She pulled out her smart phone.

"Wanna play truth or dare?"

"Duh"

Riley said.

"OK, Truth or dare?"
