*Recap
I saw a shiny coin exactly the place the lightning hit.-
My legs quickly sprinted towards the direction of the coin. I threw myself to the ground while crying. My muffled sobs become louder as rain drenched me completely.
My tears have dried up already when I arrive at home. I could hear my mother crying and screaming hysterically at my dad while my dad remained his cold stone expression.
"Just stop it Charlotte. That boy needs discipline. How will he know the importance of every single coin if he doesn't value it. I work the whole day just to go home knowing he lost my hard earned money?" "It was just a-" " It was just a what Charlotte?? A mistake? A mistake! Unbelievable!" my dad dangerously chuckled.
As soon as my mom turned she spotted me. I wanted to be hidden but things turned the other way. "Arthur!" she shrieked. When she was near the door my dad stopped her. Mom gave dad a questioning look but he didn't mind it. Dad turned and raised an eyebrow at me. I open my hand hesitantly. He step out of the house and approached me. Before he could go near me, I ran to him and hugged him. He stood stiff as a statue. "Papa I'm sorry." I said those words continuously while crying. "What lesson did you learn Thur?" he asked in a small voice. "I learned that I must not take the little things I have for granted and always be careful." Dad crouched down in my level and hugged me. I passed out in the hug and he carried me inside.

I woke up earlier than the usual. My stomach grumbled and I realized I haven't eaten my supper last night. I went out of my room in search for food. I went to the cupboard in hope to find gary to mix with milk and cold water.
I heard an unusual sound and curiosity got in my mind. I left the food to follow my curios mind. I was shocked when I saw mom in the toilet bowl vomiting. "Mom are you alright?" I asked in pure concern. "I'm fine Art. I just have flu. Nothing to worry about." mom assured me. "Aah okay mom. I'll go back to the kitchen to eat." Mom nodded and chuckled. Smile went on my lips when I heard mom said "hungry Arthur." But frown etched in my lips as I tried to figure out why mom was vomiting. I tried to not think about it and focus on eating.
Minutes later mom appeared in the kitchen looking pale. "Mom are you sure you're okay?" I asked inquisitively. "I'm fine Arthur! Why can't you just understand!" she snapped at me. "I'm sorry mom." I quickly made my way to the sink to wash the dishes. Mom followed me to the sink and hugged me at the back while ruffling my hair.
"I'm sorry Art. I didn't mean to snap at you." she cried. I nodded and accepted her apology. "I'll cook your favorite soup Art." mom bribed me knowing I'll accept it since she makes the best Okra Soup in the world. I smiled at her and walked to my room.
After eating our scrumptious lunch, mom told me that we have to go to work in the vineyard. I nodded lazily and went to the kitchen to get water since the weather is scorching hot.
When we arrived at the vineyard, I was surprised to see a beautiful girl sitting in my favorite spot. As I went near her, I was captivated by her voice.
"Hi." I said to the girl. I lost my breath in the span of a second when she turned around. "Hi." she meekly said. "I'm Arthur. But you can just call me Art." She gasped looking angry at me. "You are the reason my brother is in the hospital! You boxed him!" she cried. I didn't know what else to do so I decided to hug her. I kept on apologizing to her but I think apology won't restore the damage I've done. She refused to accept my apology so I have to tell her the full story. "Do you mean that my brother Connor is lying? This is unbelievable." she said while stomping her feet and sighing which I found cute.
After we've talked, laughed and played I bid goodbye to her and went to the vineyard with a blush on my face. I harvested grapes cheerfully and replayed our moments together.
When we arrived, mom puked at our front door. "Mom!" I ran to my mom to help her up. I hugged her and brought her inside. "What's wrong Charlotte?'' dad asked mom sincerely. Tears swell in my eye when I saw how dad look at mom. He looked at mom the sweetest way which he could never look at me. I smiled bitterly and went to my room.

I sang heartily. Feeling bored I went to my study table and traced the desk. Opening the drawer I saw pictures of my dad with a baby in his arms which I quickly recognized as me. There was another picture of mom, me, dad, and a guy that looks exactly like my dad. I saw lots of picture after that.
I close the photo album and went to bed not forgetting to pray to God. I closed my eye but the picture I saw kept repeating in my mind. My thoughts where jumbled about it. "Who could that man be? Why does he look like my dad's twin. Is he my uncle? Why didn't I get to meet him? Why did he look at me the way I expected a man to look at his child? Why do I look like him more than I look at my dad. Why do we have the same eye color, and hair color?"
