'Hey,May. Wake up! You are gonna late for your work!'Sana yells.
My name is Lee J May, 20 years old. I am an orphan.My parents died in a car accident when I was 8. I have grown up alone. Sana is my bestfriend. We both stay in the college hostel room . For paying my college fees, I have to work. I do a part time job in a coffee shop.
May: Why are you yelling? What's the time now?(I am still half asleep)
Sana:It's 8'o clock.
May:Wait! What? My manager is gonna kill me today....(I jump from my bed and walk into bathroom to freshen myself.)
I hurry and reach the coffee shop.Then I see my devil manager . He is looking so furious when I enter the shop with my slow footsteps.
Manager : Why are you so late today?(He is boiling like hot water)
May: I was stuck in the traffic jam.(I gulp and eye him)
Manager : You always give me this stupid reason . If you're gonna do it one more day, I will fire you. Do you get it?(His voice is high)
May:Yes, sir.(I manage to choke out)
Manager : Now go to your work.
As soon as he orders me,I walk to the counter and start to do my job.
Time Skip
(AT THE NIGHT)
May:It's 9 p.m. It's my time to go home.(I tell him while cleaning the sink.)
Manager : May , you can go home now. Don't be late for tomorrow. (He replies me without looking at me as he is busy in writing something. )
When I am ready to go, a customer enters our shop.
May:(irritating voice)What do you want, sir?
???:I want you.(He slowly whispers)
He pulls off his mask and smirks at me.
I just get goosebumps from his action.
After saying that, he walk out from the coffee the shop before I could react or say anything.
Manager : With whom are you talking? Are you crazy? (He looks at my direction)
May: Didn't you see him? A boy..(My body is shivering as his words are still in my mind)
I point at the main gate.....
Manager:You have gone crazy. Go home and take rest.(Then he again starts to do his job)
I don't reply him as I am confused too. Is it my imagination? But he seems real.
After some time , I am on my way to home. The roads are more darker than usual. The wind is cold enough to give me shivers. Though I am the only one on the road but I am feeling like if someone is following me.
