**Delilah Clermont's POV**

As she woke up, Delilah pulled her blanket off her body and looked at the clouds in the sky. She climbed out of bed and stretched her arms out. She slid out of bed and put her clothes on. She never wears her heels. She put on a short, white shirt and brown shorts.

She sprinted down the stairs and people rushed to the side to avoid her. She started to slow down and walked gracefully into the dining room. She sat down with her family and ate her eggs and bacon. Nobody said a word.

Out of the corner of her eye, Delilah spotted a servant coming in with a tray full of all the sweets you can imagine. Waffles, pancakes, ice cream, cakes, pies, cupcakes, macaroons, and more. She studies what the servant is wearing. Her hair was pulled back into a high bun with bobby pins on the back of her head, black dress with a lace collar, white apron with a flower pattern on the left hip, skin coloured tights, and black flats.

"I'm full." Delilah mumbles. "Excuse me." Delilah walks to her room and writes in her diary.

Dear Diary,

I saw her again. The cute servant. Today she walked into the dining room, and she looked like the prettiest woman in the world. I wonder if she's into girls. I doubt she likes me anyway. I had that nightmare again as well.

My parents made me marry the prince down South to officiate the alliance. My mother pushed me up the aisle and made me say, and do all the things like a marionette! Everyone kept saying 'do it for Ardylet'. When I kissed him, everyone kept chanting Master, Master, Master! This nightmare truly chilled me to the bone.

Today, I'm going to meet up with my friends and explore the kingdom. I want to do all the things normal people do. The wedding is in a month. Pray for me, Goddess. Let's hope my family doesn't shun me...

Delilah put on a purple shirt, white undershirt, brown pants, and leather boots. She grabbed her satchel and left the castle. She met her friends at the pub and they ventured out. Delilah and her friends walked through the forest and went to their fort. They chatted about their lives and what's going on. Delilah told them about the wedding.

"But you're not in love with him!" Shouted Cynthia.

"I know.̈" Delilah murmured. "They won't stop until it happens."

"This isn't right!" Shouted Tara. "You're lesbian!"

"You're right. This isn't what I want, but I have to." Delilah said solemnly.

"That's not fair!" Gerard exclaimed. "You deserve better!"

"Yeah," Brendon said.

"Life's not fair," Delilah spoke.

Delilah knew that she couldn't spend another moment in this death trap. She couldn't handle being around her family anymore. She sent a private letter to Cynthia.

Dear Cynthia,

Meet the gang at the pub, we're gonna party! Bring an extra pair of shoes, we might have to walk through some messy parts!

P.S. Bring everyone with you!!!

Yours truly, Delilah

Delilah sat at the counter with a glass half full of water waiting for her friends. Delilah memorized the pattern of the napkin. Circle, circle, triangle, circle. The colours were bright and poppy. As time flew by, she knew Cynthia didn't get the message.

She looked towards the door. She saw two men walking in, holding hands, looking at the bright scenery. They looked happy. Delilah wished she felt that way. One of them had a short, brown beard, blue eyes, and black boots. The other had blonde hair, blue eyes, and clogs. Delilah walked towards them
