 This book is like a anthology of appreciations for the people , I love and care about or just admire lots. I understand at points of this book you might cringe and think ew but being kind to one another is also important , and sometimes appreciating the things we have in life is a lot more important. So this book will hopefully make anyone feel better who reads this and make sure they feel loved !

I am not the creator of this idea, i just wanted to write a appreciations book. Many others have written appreciation books, so please don't hate on me for doing one.
