Chapter 20-shopping with Josh and confessing love

CHAPTER 20 

AUTHORS NOTE 

A character named Josh is in this chapter quite a bit. And I'm talking bout JOSH DEVINE (one directions drummer) okay so i just told you in case you didn't know. Btw this is kind of lovey dovey but there is a little drama at the end.

JOSH POV 

I heard about Eli's loss. But today im here to cheer her up. I also heard about what happened with Harry and Liam. So she currently isnt talking to Liam because hes honestly holding a grudge for something stupid. Honestly thats very childish of him. Just because she didnt tell him where Harry was. And Harry is being Harry and still being his usual grumpy self to Eli. Eli didnt do anything to him so I don't understand why Harry is being so rude to her.

Today it's my job to keep eli occupied. This ought to be fun. Maybe I can drag Niall along with me...

"ELI!" I yelled running into the boys and Eli's hotel suite. "JOSHY!" she yelled and ran up and hugged me. I chuckled as she called me 'Joshy'. "I missed you Joshy!" she said not yet releasing me from her 'famous Eli hug' . I chuckled. "I missed you too Eli-bear." I cooed and she rolled her eyes and released from her hug. "What do you want?" she asked crossing her arms across her chest, raising her eyebrows and pouting her lips, obviously suspicious. Eli was excellent at reading people. "Eh! I haven't seen you in almost half a year and all you can say is 'what do you want'?" she laughed. "No I really did miss you Josh." she said hugging me again. "I missed you to! That's why today we are spending the whole day together!" she released from the hug. Her eyes widened and a huge smile appeared on her face. Then it disappeared. "I can't we have a concert tonight!" she said sadly looking down at her feet. "No we don't! That's why I chose today to chill with you!" I said as I saw Eli's big, bright smile appear on her face again. "So what do you wanna do? Movies, shop?" I asked. "SHOPPING!" she yelled I chuckled. "Go get ready then. I'll be in here with the boys!" I said and she nodded and scurried off with a huge smile planted on her face.

"Thanks for doing this for me mate." Louis said patting me on the back. "No problem mate! I wanted to spend some time with Eli anyway."

ELI POV 

I ran off towards my bedroom. Shopping! With josh! Ahh it's gonna be so much fun! I honestly really did miss josh. He's like a big brother to me. I love josh. And it was hard being away from him because he was someone I could always talk to. He was a little like Niall. Always there for me. Someone I could always talk to, no matter what.

I quickly had a shower and brushed my teeth. Today would be the day to cheer up. Forget about Allie and move on.  

I picked out my outfit, which was a black pair of short shorts, my 'I Prefer The Drummer' top which I got from H&M back in London, and a pair of ankle boots which were grey and had silver studs on them.  

I left my hair wavy as it was still a little damp and put it up in a high messy bun. I put a pair of silver hoops in my ears and I was ready to go! I grabbed my black, over-the-shoulder bag with soft black poka dots on it, I got that from Primark back in London to. Yes I shop in the cheap stores! Don't judge me! I put my fully charged iPhone and my purse in it and ran out of my room, shutting the door behind me.  

I walked out into the living room where everyone was sitting. "Joshy I'm ready!" I said happily. "Excited much?" he chuckled. "VERY!" I grinned. "I love your top babe!" I looked down at my top that read 'I prefer the drummer.' "Thought you might." I laughed. "Wait I thought we had something special!" Louis cried into Niall's shoulder. Awww! NOUIS is real! "Lou we do have something special. But me and the drummer here have something stronger." I said jokingly. He grabbed his 'heart' dramatically. "I'm offended." he grinned. "Oh by the way I forgot to say yesterday, I loved your cover of Ed Sheeran yesterday. It was lovely how it was dedicated to your one true love. So Devine back off!" Louis said. I laughed and blushed. Josh put his hands up in surrender. "Tomlinson she's all yours!" Louis smiled. "Good!" I chuckled. "And anyway if I dated Josh I would have to be paid nineteen million dollars. Josh is my big brother. I couldnt date him! Like eew!" zayn, Niall and Louis laughed. Liam and Harry just stated at the blank tv screen. I shrugged. "Uh well we better get uh going?" I said to josh but it came out more as a question. He nodded and I took my hand in his as we walked out the front door.
