Lost Bets and Their Punishments

Today is going to be absolute hell, after losing the bet with Mira and Erza. I can only imagen what horrifying punishments await me in the guildhall. Acting out some weird fantasy in front of everyone like last time. Ill ever look at adult dancers the same way again, nor will I ever be able to look some of the girls in the eyes again. Whenever I walk in they look at me with those hungry eyes, its terrifying I always think they're trying to ear my soul.

I never thought it would be so hard to get a date with a girl, I just ended up getting slapped every time I asked. Who new saying "Hey, go on a date for me." was rude. That's how Erza and Jellal got together she just asked him upfront. But he was also crazy in love with her before that, so I am not sure that they are a good example. But they are getting married in a few months and she has become the fussiest and annoying person in the entire guild, even more so than she already was. But for the safety of my life, I would never say that to her.

I was surprised that she even wanted to sit down and play a few rounds of drink or bet with us. She usually just drinks on her turn anyway, she just enjoys giving other people almost impossible tasks to have a debt to pay to her. We dont usually play this game but it was Levy's birthday so we all caved and played. The night ended with her being carried off by a very excited Gajeel after Levy went into deep detail about her dirtiest fantasy about her love after already confessing who it was earlier. Lucy was very excited for her and started singing the wedding song as they walked away.

My task seemed so simple, get a girl to go on a date with me. It seemed like it would be easy enough. I was so sure I would win, especially because Lucy gave Grey the same task. It was no longer a bet with Erza it was a competition to see who could get a date, me, or Grey. Now I am dragging my feet while heading towards the guild hall because I'm sure he's won, I've never been good with girls or dating but I'm sure he is. I would never admit it to him but he's very smooth and interesting. His cold demeanor has always impressed me which is infuriating. He needs to stop being so cool or I'll punch his face in!

I sigh as the guildhall comes slowly into view, this being one of the few times I have ever not wanted to go and see everyone. But not showing up wouldn't be manly so I should face my failures head-on and learn from them like Gildarts was telling me. After the whole Tinro Island and grand magic games adventures, the whole guild has elected to just take some time to chill out and relax.

I'm here the doors are open and I can hear the yelling of everyone inside. They're all laughing and cheering like usual. I take a deep breath and put on my smile and stomped in, ready for whatever hell awaits me.
