"There is no way i am letting u drive me to school Chris" I said more worried about my outfit than the consiquence
Chris scoffs"its not like you care he said."Whatever"i said. Just get in he said clearly annoyed. Fine but don't talk, look or think about me or i am out of here.
"Whatever" chris said.
And then suddenly the flashback happened
A few minutes later i was back at home. That day i had gone to a friends house. I had got back and the house was quiet. I was about to open the door when i heard some noise coming from the inside my senses told me to use the sidedoor and my senses were completely unreliable. But i decided to losteb and what i saw shocked me more than anything.
My parents were in a chair tied up and two people were at the back of them and a smallish figure was at the front with a gun in its hand. I knew they were in trouble i had to go and save them but before i could react a bullet was sent through my mother's leg.
I cried and suddenly another bullet was sent through my father's head. I had cried that day and when they left i went inside to meet myparents dad was already dead but mom was fighting for her life. "Honey" my mom called me you have nothing to blame yourself for its not your fault she said but i knew it was. I need you to find your past and protect yourself she said and handed me a small golden key which shone in the sunlight. And i love you she said as she fell into eternal rest.
The ambulance had come later in the day accompanied by the police to find two dead parents a baby and a 10 year old child with a golden key.
The ride to school was quiet which i appreciated. We finally got to school and i looked for a a way to get inside without getting seen but obviously it wasn't possible. As soon as i got out of the car i was approached by an angry looking boyfriend and a bunch of oversabis
"Hey"i said with no emotions. "Why did you just come out of that thing's car "Sam said with so much anger or with suspicion. It's because my car got a flat and i had no ride i said bored from the conversation.
Ok just..nothing he said abruptly. Ok i said and pushed past him to meet my best friend Ashly. When i found Ashly she was in the middle of some jocks who were checking her out. When they saw me they ran away so quickly i didn't have time to punch their teeth out.
I sighed i hated my life. I had no friends except Ashly and Sam(he pretends to be my boyfriend but is dating Maddison head cheerleader)abd two rich parents my life was awesome.
I went and stood with Ashly who was currently applying more layers of lipgloss in front of her locker mirror. Unlike me Ashly had long dark hair with fair skin and green eyes i was jealous but everytime i tried to bring the subject up she would tell me i was prettier than her.
"Guess what" i said. Let me guess she said without blinking an eyelash you wanna tell me you rode to school in Chris's car and Sam is acting jealous though he doesn't care.
"How did you know" i asked stunned as much as surprised. "We were still on video chat" she said as if it should be obvious. Oh i said suddenly aware that she had heard our entire conversation which consisted of tension.
"It's fine" she said as if she could read my mind. I nodded. It would soon be time for class so i headed to my locker. I got my textbooks and as i was about to get to class i fell and looking up i saw the handsome devilish face of Jason Grace my worst enemy since kindergarten.
Jason is your typical prankster and bad boy with ladies falling at his feet like my best friend Ashly until i rescued her but is driven crazy by the fact that i am not falling for him. He is also the kind of guy who attends frat parties and gets bad grades with parents who are billionaires.
You.. he said through gritted teeth. The guy couldn't get over the fact yhat i pranked him hard by putting glitter mixed with glue in his locker and when he opened it he got showered so bad he looked like a unicorn.
I am gonna prank you so bad... Jason started but whatever he wanted to say was stopped by ..
