Triathlon Pt. 1 (Laura, Mahiru, Yume, Ako)

Mahiru, Laura, Ako, and I were eating in the cafeteria when the announcements went up:

On the Speakers:

Four Star Academy's annual Triathlon is coming up! This is Principle Moroboshi. You know the rules. You can have teams of 3 or 4. The time of your transitions between the 3 sports are also counted. The winning team will have the least amount of time, it also means that that team will cross the finish line first. All teams will start at different times, so the winner will stay anonymous. Girls and boys are not going against each other. Forms will be passed out. Once you have your teams, turn the form into the admins! May the best win!

"Girls!" I said looking at them excitedly, "Did you guys hear that?"

"Mhmm." They all said while nodding excitedly. 

"We should be a team of four!" I said starting to jump up and down in my seat.

"Sure Yume," Laura said.

"Did you guys know that S4 will be participating in it?" Mahiru asked, looking at everyone.

"No," I said, "Will they be competing against us?"

"Yes, at least that's what Onee-chan said."

"Nya~ They're expected to win too," Ako said.

"Awww, are you saying we're not good enough?" I asked pouting.

"NO!" All of them yelled.

"Yume we will make a team with you," Ako said.

"Together we will beat Onee-chan and her friends," Mahiru said firmly.

"We will be number 1!" Laura finally said.

"Yay! Let's train hard and do our best! Altogether," I said

"Aikatsu!" We all said.

Later that day...

"Ok, so for 4 person teams, one person will swim, one person will bike, and the last two will run," Laura said.

"How about I swim?" Mahiru asked.

"Sure." Laura nodded.

"And I'll bike," Ako added.

"Ok. That means Yume and I will run. Is that ok?"

"Sure!" I said, "Let's start training!"

"Wait!" Mahiru said, "We need to think of a team name."

"Oh ya," I said, "Let me think. How about Back Street Stars?"

"It kinda sounds like we're a gang," Laura said

"I like the idea of having the word stars in our team name," Ako said.

"How about Shining stars?" Mahiru asked

"It sounds like we're copying S4." Laura pointed out

"Then how about Gleaming Stars?" I said.

"I like it!" Mahiru said.

"Nice name. This gets me going!!" Laura pumped her fist up in the air.

"I think it's simple and easy." Ako smiled.

"Well then let's get training!" I said.

We all decided to do some separate training first before we trained together. So Mahiru went to the pool alone, Ako is biking alone, and Laura and I are running by ourselves. I guess this is a quiet time for ourselves. We all need it once in a while. While I was running, I ran into Hime-Senpai.

"Yume-chan!" She said.

"Hi Hime-Senpai," I said smiling.

"Are you doing the triathlon?"

"Yes, I am! I'm doing it with Mahiru, Ako, and Laura."

"That seems fun."

"It is. Is S4 doing it?"

"Of course we are! It's an event you just can't miss!"

"I wish you the best of luck! We're gonna do our best!"

"Back at you Yume-Chan!"

Then we separated and started running in different directions. All of S4 members are truly awesome. We are gonna have to work hard just to beat them. I wonder how much we have to run? 1 mile? 2 miles? I'll have to ask the girls tonight.

After 30 minutes, I ran to the swimming area. We all decided to meet there since Mahiru was gonna be wet so she should just stay there. By the time I got there, the three of them were already there.

"Over here Yume!" Laura said waving at me.

"Did you bring your swimsuit?" Ako asked.

"Was I supposed to?" I said.

"We decided that after our individual training, we would train together. That means we're gonna swim with Mahiru." Laura explained.

"Ohhhhh! I might've not listened to that part."

"Oh Yume," Mahiru said.

"Well, no worries. I brought another one just in case one of us forgot it." Laura said holding it up.

"Arigato Laura! What would I do without you?" I said hugging her.

"What are you doing? Get off of me."

"Hai hai! Sorry!"

"Let's get changed so we can train with Mahiru."

We went to the locker room to get changed. We came out and saw Mahiru diving. This will be fun~

Next up, we're gonna practice with Ako!

"I've got your bikes ready!" Ako said pointing to the bikes, "I looked it up that we're supposed to bike 1 mile."

"A mile!?! That's a lot!" I said.

"If you can run 2 miles a day, you'll be fine," Laura said assuringly.

"Well then, let's go!" Mahiru said.

Last but not least if running. We do this every day so it shouldn't be too hard.

"Erm, how much do we have to run?" I asked.

"You have to run 1 mile, then I'll also have to run a mile," Laura said.

"But it wouldn't be fair for the teams with 3 people though."

"That's true. So those teams get 3 seconds off."

"Technically the runner can rest for 3 seconds?"

"Yup!"

"Ok! Let's go!"

Together we started running. Not only do we have to work on our individual sports, but our transitions must be quick. So for the next few days, we will be working hard.

That night...

"Did anyone turn in the form?" I yelled into my phone. I was having a four-way call with Mahiru, Laura, and Ako.

"Don't need to yell Yume," Ako said.

"Don't worry Yume, I turned it in," Mahiru said.

"Ahh, Arigato Mahiru!" I yelled again.

"Yume! Some people are trying to sleep, so shush!" Ako said again.

"Sorry, sorry!"

"Guys we have to sleep! More training tomorrow!" Laura said.

"Ok! Good Night!" We all said.

Part one of the Triathlon. I've been in 2 before, and I got 2nd. A triathlon is swimming, biking, and running.  I typed this on my phone, so sry if there are more mistakes than usual.
