Spider-Man/Avengers One Shots

Peter Parker; Im Here

*ENDGAME SPOILERS*

Peter had just finished beating up yet another villain but once again it didn't make him feel happy to take the villain down. It used to, whenever peter would take down a villain or even when peter would stop a mugging, it always brought him joy. Because he was taking down the bad guys and putting them away.

But since the war...since Thanos. Nothing had been the same. The world was back to what normal it could possibly have, and everything was moving forward. But why couldn't peter? He'd tried so hard to make himself take a step forward but he couldn't. It was like something  was holding him back. And peter didn't know how to get past them.

But today, today marked one year since that day. Marked one year since thanos was stopped and half the universe came back. But that also meant that it marked one year since the avengers were gone. One year since Tony, Mr. Stark has died. Since peter had lost yet another person he loved and cared about.

Peter knew today was going to be a bad day. He was going to be over sensitive and make a mistake. So he decided today to take a day off as Spider-Man. He still had to go to school though and he knew that was going to suck, but he had to get through it. In order to take a step forward he had to get through today. This was his first step back toward somewhat, normalcy.

Peter had gotten to school and even managed to get through till lunch, that's when everything went sideways. Flash was walking towards him and peter knew he was going to say the wrong thing, he just knew it. Once flash got to the table he wanted everyone to know what he was about to do, so he slammed his hands on the table as a signal and of course everyone looked.

"Aw what penis? Bad day? Today a bad day for you? Ha why should it be? You didn't even know him, like you would ever be an intern at Stark Industries and even if you were. Like he would ever even notice your stupid ass. Ha sad because your lie is finally in the light hm? Your lie about Tony Stark-" but as soon as the words left his mouth flash had been pinned to the wall behind him, unable to move.

Then peter had the darkest look in his eye. As though he was about to kill flash right then and there. "Don't you fucking dare say his name. You don't have the fucking right." With that peter dropped flash and walked away, pissed for the rest of the day. And no one dared go near him because they all knew they would suffer the same fate as flash.

After class was finished peter had to go to decathlon practice. Once he showed up everyone knew to just go business as usual, Mj and Ned knew not to push him today but they also knew he wouldn't want to be coddled. So Mj just kept asking him questions I keep his distracted. Then a loud bang could be heard.

Apparently there was a bad reaction in the science lab so the school had to be evacuated. Ever though there wasn't many people there. Everyone left to go their separate ways but then they were being pushed into a tent, apparently the chemicals spilt could be air borne so they had to stay in a tent until all the chemicals were deemed not harmful.

So now peter was stuck in a tent with Ned Mj and Flash. As the others were put into a different tent. (Just go with it.) then peter just started getting angrier and angrier. He want to just go home and sob, but now he was stuck here. Peter started fidgeting with his web shooters he always had on, then a hologram message started playing.

"Hey kid, If you're watching this it means it's been one year and I haven't disabled the protocol which means. I'm dead. And hey that's not a bad thing. If I'm dead that means I died out there on the battle field. Not only that, if you're watching this, that means this whole being back half the universe plan worked. I just want you to know, don't be sad."

"There was absolutely nothing you could do. This one is on me ok? If I'm gone that means pepper and Morgan are by themselves now. I want you to promise this message of me? Aha I want you to promise to take care of them ok? To keep them safe, keep the world they live in safe. You are my chosen one peter. These five years I've had it good. I had pepper I had Morgan. But that's why I'm doing this, because I don't have you."

"I may be dead peter but I just want you to know that no matter what, I will always be here. Here for you. I made this program really quickly so there's probably some bugs that need to be worked out but, if you have any questions any at all now, I will be your AI. Or rather I recorded myself saying every syllable and Friday will assess and chose the proper answer. Now I'm here, to always answer your questions. To be here for you."

"I left all this to you, I'm leaving you my lab, my suits. This program has every password, no one has these codes Peter. Not happy, not fury not even pepper has them. They're yours now. I don't want you to be the next Ironman, I want you to just be the best you, you can be. Be Peter Parker, and go out and save the world. I love you kid, so do something for me, smile."

Tony. Tony had made him this. Peter didn't even realize it but he was crying. Ned and Mj were conflicted on how to react but flash, flash was astounded. He couldn't come up with a logical explanation for what he just saw. So he just stayed there shut up. Then peter out of no where laughed, and just smiled.

"Thank you Mr. Stark, Tony. Thank you." Was all peter could say before the cdc people game in saying they could go. Flash just kept his mouth shut until peter looked over at him, "believe me now Flash?" Peter said with snark. Flash just couldn't believe it and went home. Peter did the same, he went home and he didn't sob into a pillow. He did what tony wanted him to do.

Peter just Smiled. Peter was just happy.
