S U M M A R Y
Emilee Gilbert is starting a new life by looking for her old one. She's decided she needed to search for herself and where she came from since recently finding out about her twin sister Hayley.
Leaving her old life, she says goodbye to Mystic Falls and heads to New Orleans looking for Hayley while trying to find anything about their birth parents.
Away from any supernatural drama, Emilee thought she'd finally had time to herself and build a more secure bond with Hayley but plans always seem to change for her when she learns she's pregnant with twins. And Klaus Mikaelson, the hybrid, is the father, where she is again sucked into supernatural drama, with a war between Klaus and Klaus' old friend Marcel Gerard.
But even with everything happening around her, Emilee has to deal with unresolved feelings and the protection of her unborn children while having to dodge having a target on her back. It's just the same in New Orleans as it is in Mystic Falls, with more drama that will reveal things about her past she never knew.
