This book club is designed for adults with busy lives and tons of responsibilities, be it work, kids, or life itself. Therefore, we work in amonth-long rounds schedule. All stories of all members are featured each month, and members themselves pick which stories they will review in the snatching period, which opens the last five days of the month. To be eligible for the next Snatching Party, reviews must have been completed.

During the last five days of the month, we will publish a chapter with the list of all available stories with short description of each story. Every member has to pick/snatch two stories they want to review the following round.
The moment a story gets two reviewers, it's closed to other members for the month, and club members have to choose from other available stories.
If for whatever reason a club member can't participate in the snatching period, two stories will be assigned to them by us.

Each member has to review two chapters of each of the two stories they choose, or that have been assigned to them. That means four chapters in total per month.
Reviews of each and every chapter should contain at least three inline comments and one final comment.
Please, no generic comments. We want you to go a little deeper than "Oh my, I love this story." Do you like something? Tell the author what and why. Do you think something could be worked better? Again, tell the author what and why. Writers appreciate being told what works and what does not.
We don't care if you review all stories in one evening or if you review a chapter per week. The important thing is that you have the month to do it, and you should be done within that period, before the list is published again for the snatching for the next month's round.
When done reviewing, every member indicates they are finished by posting a comment in their dedicated chapter. (more info below)
If a member has not completed their reviews before the end of the month, they may be removed from the club.

To be part of this book club:
>> you must be at least 18 years old.
>> you don't have to follow this profile or its team, though we highly suggest adding this story to your private library to get updates.
>> don't be rude. Seriously, we are all adults here, I hope we can keep things nice and civil.
>> book club capacity is for now 20 members. When the book club hits full capacity, newly applied and accepted future members will be added to a waiting list and contacted once a spot opens.
Each of our members has their own dedicated chapter. In that chapter, you find a short bio, which story they entered in the book club, which stories they have chosen each month, and who picked their stories which month.
The part where it notes the month and which stories you chose for that month is where you put the inline comment once you are done.

To be able to enter your story to this book club:
>> it must be #adultfiction.
>> your story must be in English.
>> at least 6 chapters must be posted on Wattpad. (author notes and cast lists do not count as chapters)
>> for the book club, the story doesn't have to be first in the series.
Please note - while this might include mature topics, adultfiction is much wider and does not equate to erotica.
Adult Fiction should express through its character's lives the richness of experience gained by years of living. That's what makes us adults. That is what should define Adult Fiction. It's fiction written by adults, for adults, and mostly about adults.
We screen all the submitted profiles and stories before deciding whether we accept or refuse the potential member.
