the kidnapping

??? Pov:

It was a dark night, perfect for a crime I thought. I reached into my jacket and took my phone out as I dialed a number in. I waited as the phone rang and by the second ring the phone answered.

??: Hello?

??: I was afraid you might not answer. Shelly dekiller

dekiller: What do you want, idiot.

??: Idiot? I don't find that a suitable way to address your boss.

Dekiller: you are not my boss. And I thought I already threatened to kill you.

??: I know but this time I will not break our trust if you give me a second chance.

Dekiller: fine, what services will you have me carry out?

??: Excellent. Now i have a very simple job for you. I need you to kidnap someone.

Dekiller: who will that be?

??: You should know already. I want you to kidnap the person who got me convicted.

Dekiller: the prosecutor?

??: Not him. The person who helped him, Pheonix Wright. Once you have retrieved him take him to my Manor and put him in the hostage room. Don't worry about how I'll get there, I sneaked in some pliers to cut the bars on the window. And also make sure that he is fed every so often.

Dekiller: you've never asked me to do that before.
?

?: well this hostage is... special.

Dekiller: alright, I have a strategy to get him, and I'll go now.

??: Perfect*hangs up*

Dekiller's pov:

As he hanged up the phone I went to a room that was filled with photo copers, electric wires and other things. I sat at the computer and hacked into pheonix's phone and called it. After afew rings,the phone answered. " Hello?" He said in a sleepy tone. I used a voice modulator to make my voice sound like Maya fey. " I need you to come over to the office asap." I said. "Alright Maya I'm coming." He said as he hung up. I got up from the computer, got a large brown bag and put a fire
extinguisher in it as I left the house.

Pheonix's pov:

I got out of bed and changed into my suit, in case Maya wanted me to get her burgers. I left my house and seeming the office wasn't that far away, I decided to walk. As I was walking to the office I heard afew rustles in the bushes. I looked behind me and upon not seeing anything I turned back around and shrugged, thinking it might be an animal. I finally made it to the office. As I went inside and close the door behind me, but the person who was following me put his foot in the doorway and quietly walked inside, closing the door behind them.

Nobody's pov:

" maya! I'm here!" Pheonix said but their was no answer. " maya is this one of your pranks? Cause if it is you should know you're to old for that" He said. Dekiller then put down the brown bag and took out the fire extinguisher. He walked up behind pheonix ready to strike him in his head, when pheonix felt the pair of eyes staring holes in his back, and turned around to see the mysterious figure swing the fire extinguisher at him! He quickly caught it as him and the person began fighting over it bumping into pheonix's desk knocking down various items such as a glass vase and his computer that made a big "CRASH!" As it came tumbling on the ground. Another item that fell off was his signal blue keychain. He immediately let go of the person's hands and grabbed it, stuffing it into his suit pocket. The figure then raised the fire extinguisher again while he was distracted and to a swing as it came crashing down with a loud "THUD!" As pheonix let out a loud sream as he was struck with it, immediately knocking him out as his body was slumped up under the window like mia's body was. As dekiller got the brown bag ,he heard a door open as he took cover behind the couch.

Maya was in the room where pheonix makes his coffee and where she used to train under a "waterfall" searching for things to set up a new prank for pheonix tomorrow. That was when it happened. She first heard something like glass crash on the ground with various other objects, then after that she heard a bone chilling scream, then complete silence. She new that voice belonged to Phoenix so she came outside to see what was going on. "Nick, did you finally get caught in that trap I set for you a week ago?" She said as she came out of the room. She looked at the ground, following a trail of broken glass, and various items that were on pheonix's desk. When she looked up her eyes opened wide and filled up with tears when she saw something terrifying, it was pheonix's body slumped up under the window in the same position mia's body was in. She began having flashbacks of seeing mia's body in that same position as she quickly ran over to his body, shaking him aggressively hoping he would wake up as she burst into tears. " NICK, WAKE UP!" "CMON TELL ME YOUR ALIVE!" "PHEONIX PLEASE I CANT LOSE YOU!" She begged as a waterfall fell down her face. She put her ear to his chest and after waiting impatiently to hear something, sheheard his heartbeat as she sighed in relief, wiping away the tears.

"O-okay, he's still alive. But who knocked him out?" She thought to herself as she stood back up. Dekiller then came from bhind the couch and held up the fire extinguisher behind maya. As she turned around to see the person it was too late as he swung it at her as she let out a loud scream and came crashing down on the floor. Before she went completely unconscious she saw the person stuff pheonix's body in the brown bag, left a little card where his body was and left. "Ph-pheo..nix" maya said as she stretched out her hand and one final teardrop slid down her cheeks as she blacked out.

?? Pov:

My phone buzzed as I checked the message from dekiller which said "the mission is complete." I put back my phone as I got the cutting pliers and began cutting the bars on the window. After 30 minutes of cutting, I was finally done as I crawled out the window and landed on the grass. I was suprised of how easy it was to do so,but brushed it off as I  began running, finally reaching to my manor. I opened the door seeing dekiller:

Standing at the door as if he were waiting for him."so is he awake yet?" I said. "Yes. He just woke up awhile ago while I was tying him up to one of the gas poles." Said dekiller. I then walked down the hall then down the stairs to where the room was. I opened the door to see him, Pheonix Wright, struggling to try to untie the rope tying him to the pole.
" hello mr. Attorney. " I said as he jumped a little, lifting his head as he opened hs eyes wide.

??: what's wrong? Don't remember me? Maybe this will help.*lifts the hair over his eye revealing the scar over his eye* matt engarde. Reporting for duty.

Pheonix: e-engarde, but how? Your supposed to be-

Engarde: in jail? I know, but I used the simple tools provided for me. I sneaked in my phone and some pliers so I could contact dekiller to kidnap you and break out.

Pheonix: b-but why? What did I ever do to you?

Engarde: fine, I'll tell ya. 10 years ago you took my case for the murder of juan corrida. By the end of the case you found out who the real person who killed him was, but he found out I had betrayed him and threatened to kill me if I were set free. I asked-no begged for the judge to declare me guilty! I was humiliated.

Pheonix: e-engarde I-i was-

Engarde: do you know what it's like? TO BE HUMILIATED, SHAMED AND HAVE YOUR PATHETIC LOOKING FACE BROADCASTED NATIONWIDE!? DO.YOU.KNOW!?

Phoenix:*squints his eyes closed as little tear droplets fall down his cheeks*

Engarde:*walks up to pheonix and wipes away his tears* aww, don't cry, I promise you'll enjoy your stay here.~
