Readers POV:
I could feel the cold air hit my back which sent a shiver down my spine. I grabbed my hoodie and tugged it over my head to get some way of warmth, we had gym today so I had to change into my gym clothes and didn't have time to change. "God I'm so stupid" I whisper to myself. I decided to go to the drugstore (I forgot what it was called) to get some y/f/c. I slowly opened the door and squinted my eyes when the door shut. I opened my eyes and said hello to Mr Keene, (don't remember if that's his name lol) he waved back caught up in some magazine. I looked over to make sure no one saw me. I took six y/f/c's and a Twix and shoved them into my green jacket. I quickly walked to the front of the store and took my first step out the store, I turned onto the sidewalk as I was then hit again by a cold breeze I shivered in response. I walked down to the woods. I didn't feel like going home well I don't have anyone to go home to, my parents are always at work and I'm an only child. I started towards the woods I slowly brushed a branch out of my path and started my way towards the river. I was about to reach the river when I started to hear faint voices in the distance. I slowly leaned over to peak through the small opening in the trees to see the most feared kids in school, no that was an understatement in all of Derry. I slowly watched them as they were talking, just talking. I started to lean in a little because I couldn't quite catch what they were saying. I fell through the thin layer of branches and realized what I had just done. I slowly looked up in embarrassment and terror I got up and started to run as fast as I could. I had way to much shit to deal with I definitely didn't want to have to talk or see the bowers gang. I heard footsteps behind me they were picking up pace..QUICKLY! Fear took over my body as I felt someone wrap there arms around me from behind "gotcha ." I heard a voice whisper into my ear I felt a shiver race down my spine. I heard people come to a stop next to me, whoever was holding me disconnected there arms from me. I looked up and as soon as I looked up I was pushed to the ground by Henry bowers himself. I hit the ground extremely harshly landing on my ass. I looked up in terror as I watched belch whisper something to Vic. I saw Henry come up inches away from my face and whisper something into my ear. "you keep sneaking up on people like me your gonna get hurt babe, and I don't think a pretty thing like you would want that" he slowly stood up and told his gang to follow them. I was left there shocked at what he said to me but I was even more shocked at how I was slightly...
