Shoto finds house covered in blue flames, ice and res flames and finds his siblibgs lying there. After taking them to safety he returns to the house to find Endevor in a rage. He tries to hurt Shoto but misses and woukd have hit a civillian if Shoto didnt turn it to ice and move the civillian out of the way. He then goes to leave but gets hit in the back by a huge flame. Shoto retalliates by sending ice his way but it misses. Endevor then hits him with fire multiple times and as Shoto is about to retalliate his quirk is erased. Aizawa blinks and then takes him away by his scarf back to the school. But as Shoto is extremely mad he sets of his flames by accident and also manages to set off his ice which causes Aizawa to let him go. Shoto falls to the ground unconcious. Aizawa takes him to recovery girl but he needs to go to a proper hostpital. When he wakes up he says the burns are his own fault, knowing that nobody would beleive him if he told the truth. Deku comes to visit him before the whole class does and finds Shoto in a wreck. Once he calms Shoto down he tells him whats wrong. Once Shoto tells him visiting time is over. When the whole class comes to visit he pretends like nothing is wrong and doesnt tell them why he is in hospital. When he goes back to school he catches up relatively quickly but is called into Aizawa's office during one of All Mights lessons. He goes to find the police and Shinsou there. He doesnt feel like being interrogaited so he goes to walk out but after being asked a question by Shinsou and him answering in a snarky voice, he stays. He deactivates his quirk and Shoto instantly gets mad and flames up. Aizawa removes his quirk and tells him to sit down. He gets asked by the police whether or not he was the one to set fire and ice to his house with Endevor inside and Shoto explained that the only person able to produce blue flames and hates the Todoroki Family is Dabi, the villain. They dont ask anymore questions and tells him to go for now so he leaves but doesnt return to class. Instead he sits relatively far away from All Mights class but close enough so he can still watch the class going on. After they go back inside he goes to the dormitories and sits in his room, planning to stay there until dinner is over as he had ate something for lunch which he usually doesnt do so he decided against dinner. Iida knocked twice on the door before entering saying that dinner was ready but if he doesnt feel like seeing the others he can bring a plate to his room. Shoto said that he wasnt hungry and would just stay in his room. Iida nodded and then left. A little while later Ururaka and Deku knocked on the door and after letting them in they set down a plate of food by his bed and hugged him really hard. Shoto smirked and gave a little laugh and asks what the hugs were for. Deku just blushed so Ururaka said how Iida said you might not be feeling well because you werent eating your dinner so they decided to come see you and bring up a plate just in case. They hung out for a bit, finally getting Shoto to eat a tiny bit of Soba, the type that isnt hot, before Iida came and told them that lights out is in five minutes so they should get to bed. Ururaka higs him one last time and then leaves whereas Deku hugs him and whispers in his ear, i hope you feel better not just physically but mentally too, before pulling away with tears in his eyes and running to his dorm. The next day Shoto couldnt concentrate on the lessons as he got pulled out of class again by the Big Three this time. Mirio wanted to know if there is anything they could do to help, Nejire asked if he wanted to see them at lunch if he needed to talk because the whole fire and ice to the house thing spread somehow and how he might not like the attention and Tamaki just said how he knew what it was lime being in that position and that it can get better.
Shoto decided to go home for the night to see the house but when he got home he found the police leaving and Endevor looking grim. He saw Shoto and guestured him so come over, Shoto not really wanting to but as he was staying the night he felt that he must. The police left and then they went inside...
Shoto came back to UA the next day, feeling worse about himself and as it was a weekend he spent most his time in his room. He didnt eat breakfast at his fathers house and he hasnt been to the kitchen for lunch. Deku has come knocking a few times but he just said he wasnt hungry. It wasnt until dinner time things got messy Bakugo came into his room yelling about "the shitty nerd" crying right next door to him beause of Shoto. He went to slap him and usually Shoto wouldnt flinch or use his quirk but he was scared because Bakugo's temper was horfifically like Endevors temper. He flinched and shot out ice by accident which just missed Bakugo. He stood there in shock, oi half n half. What the fuck happened at your dads because usually you never use your quirk unless training so what the fuck is wrong. Shoto tried to tell him its nothing but Bakugo pushed him away onto the bed and noticed how when Shoto's back hit it he winced and hit his lip. Bakugo stormed out and a few minutes later was dragging Deku into Shoto's room. Talk, he said simply before leaving.
Deku was very understanding and kind when Shoto told him the truth and promosed not to tell anyone until Shoto was ready to tell people. He wasnt doing it for himself though, Shoto just didnt want to ruin his fathers reputation because he would then take it out on him.
