Lidsnay's Struggle

Anxiety attack number 1

Erin's Pov
I'm sitting at my desk going over my paperwork from the last case. I look at my phone and it says the weather calls for thunder and Lightning. I am peterfied of thunder and lightning, Jay sees me tense up and I start breathing fast and put my hand on my stomach cause it starts to hurt the first batch of thunder goes off and Jay sees the smile I had turned to very scared. Tears form in the corner of my eyes. I didn't realize I was crying until I feel Jay rub my back behind me to try to calm me down, but it doesn't work and that's when Jay grabbed my hand and guided me to the break room and helped me sit on the couch and he got me a water bottle. I took a baby sip,after that Jay put his hand on my chest and told me to take slow deep breathes. Erin take a deep breath slowly in and out , in and out ,in and out. I start to calm down and feel my breathing get back to normal . Jay starts rubbing my back and I start to cry . Jay hugs me and asks me what's wrong? I tell him I hate having anxiety. He says I know , I know you do and he takes me in his arms and we stay like that for a hour until Jay wakes me up and tells me it's time to go home. It starts to thunder again and i squeeze Jay's hand, he rubs my shoulder to let me know it's ok and we are safe. We get in the car and im stll a little scared and it lightening's again and i flinch away and cover my eyes and start to cry again.

Jay's Pov
I look over at Erin and see that she is crying again, babe im calling Antonio to drives all three of us to his house so we can stay there tonight and we will all go t work together tomrrow, does that sound good? ok . she says . I call Antonio and tell him what's going on.

Jay: Tonio, are you still at the district?
Antonio: Yea Jay is everything ok?
Jay: Not really, Erin has had two anxiety attacks today and this weather is not supposed to light up until the morning, since you live closer to the district , I was wondering if Erin and I can Stay with you tonight?
Antonio: Yea , of course ill meet you by the enternce you and Erin wait for me there I will drive so you can sit in the back incase she has another attack. Leave your car here and we'll take my car to work tomrrow.
Jay: ok Thanks bro
Antonio: anything for my family.
I get off the phone and tell Erin, whats going on. She is on board and gets out of the car and we go meet Antoino at the back enterence ( we call it the Intelligence Enterence). we see Antoino walk out he puts his bag in his car and we put our stuff in his car, before we get in the car, Antonio looks at Erin ,her face is red from crying.
