doctor's appointment chapter 19

Lexis's POV
I'm at Johnson's health center and I'm waiting for my results to get back I'm nervous i hope it's not anything serious

"Hello lexi I'm doctor brandon" he says

"We spoke on the phone" i say

"Yes miss and you're results came back positive for PTSD,depression,anxiety and bi polar disorder" he says

"Wow really?" I ask

"Yes ma'am we are gonna give you something for the PTSD, depression/anxiety and bipolar disorder" he says

"Any side effects?" I ask

"With the adavan you'll be a little drowzy nothing major so I'd recommend taking it before bed other than that no" he says

"And i can't drink with these right?" I ask

"You can just not with the adavan" he says

"You sure?" I ask

He laughs "of course miss Underwood just be careful" he says

I laugh"i just wanted to make sure" i say laughing

He chuckles "it's fine miss and here's you're prescription and you're next appointment is in a month but if you need to come in sooner just call okay?" He asks

I nod "okay" i say

"And before i leave did you experience anything really traumatic?" He asks

"Yes with my ex boyfriend" i say

He nods "gotcha that would explain you're brain wave patterns" he says

"What do you mean?" I ask

"They were higher than usual but that's normal with someone who has anxiety and depression" he says

I sigh "okay anything i need to worry about?" I ask

He laughs "no miss underwood" he says

"I'm annoying you aren't i?" I ask laughing

He smiles "no lexi you're fine really okay? Go get those filled and don't take the adavan before bed" he says

I nod "thanks doctor" i say leaving

I get the prescriptions filled and read the bottle "okay 2 for depression,2 for anxiety,  2 for bipolar and 2 for adavan before bed alright" i say to myself i take my meds and put them in my room

"What did the doctor say?" Angel asks

I jump "damn angel you scared me" i say laughing

She laughs "I'm sorry" she says

"It's cool and i have bipolar,depression,anxiety and ptsd" i say

She nods "you have meds?" She asks

"Yep i take the adavan before bed since it makes me sleepy" i say

"Ah gotcha can you drink?" She asks

"Doctor said it's fine just be careful" i say

She nods "alright it's good to know you're okay" she says

I look at her funny "you know what i mean" she says smiling

I giggle "yes i love getting reactions at of you" i say

"I know heffer ass" she says

"Ah shut up bish" i say laughing

She laughs "you're too much" she says

"Mmm hmm" i say laughing

"Hey baby I'm home" collin says hugging me i hug back "hello love welcome home" i say smiling

"So are you okay?" He asks

I tell him everything the doctor said he nods "alright" he says

"This doesn't change things does it?" I ask

"What are you talking about?" He asks

"Just seems you're being distant" i say

He pulls me into him hugging me tightly "nothing can change my feelings for you I'm just worried" he says

"Worried about what?" I ask

He cries "i just don't wanna lose you baby" he says crying i hug him tightly "I'm okay baby alright? I just need to take these meds then go back next month and see what happens" i say

He nods "i can't lose you babygirl"

"You won't okay?" I ask

"Okay" he says smiling

"I love you baby" i say smiling and kissing him he kisses back "i love you too babygirl" he says through the kiss
