I really like Y/N, dare I say on the verge of actually truly in love. Her glistening e/c eyes, gorgeous face, I wished I could confess my true feelings to her. Colson sighed running a hand through his slightly disheveled blonde hair. It wasn't planned it merely happened and when it did it caught him off guard.

Y/N remembered something her mother told her growing up. "Love will find you when you aren't looking for it." Little did she know that in her 21 years of existence how true that saying actually is. You fell in love with Colson the way you fell in love with music: madly and endlessly. These two, together or apart, have taken you to places you had never dreamt of and down paths, you would have never walked on your own.

You both fall for each other without expecting your love to be reciprocated as both of you thought that you did not deserve each other.Little did you both know that your feelings were mutual. Ice-blue eyes are suddenly looking at you, you are enthralled by them finding it impossible to look away.

You weren't exactly sure when it happened. Or even when it started. All you knew for sure was that right here and now, you were falling hard and you could only pray that he was feeling the same way. The beauty of love is that, you can fall into it with the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time. It comes to you just at the right time the time you never thought it would have.

You never expected to meet Colson. When you met him you never expected him to become your everything and more than you could have ever dreamed of. One chance encounter was all it took, something took hold with such force it shook you to your core. A deer in headlights it was the perfect way to describe the expression on Colson's face.

 He realized that when you let love take its course naturally, amazing things can follow. How many of you have a “list” of all the qualities and characteristics of the “perfect boyfriend or girlfriend?” He or she has to be tall, have nice eyes and a smoking body! What happens if you meet a great guy or girl who doesn’t fall in line with your expectations? Will you cast them aside? Or will you give them a chance at romance?

What’s striking and surprising about your relationship is that you are two people who come from different worlds, and yet it feels like you were always in the same one. In spite of your vast differences, the both of you enjoy being with each other and brought out the best in each other. Being with someone who makes you happy is what matters the most.

With an open heart and mind, the right person may be amazing for you even if you had never expected it in your wildest dreams. Those impossible standards or long lists of the “perfect guy” are all on paper, but the great guy for you might be standing right in front of you. Of course there’s nothing wrong with knowing the qualities you look for in a person. Life can be just as amazing with a sprinkle of surprises along the way. The “unexpected” relationship may be worthwhile and wonderful too. When love happens naturally, it blossoms beautifully.

Colson broke the moment of silence between you, he was never one to express his feelings at least not like this. He dropped his guard bearing his soul to you. His hands on either side of your face at this moment were the only physical contact keeping you grounded.

"I can only use so many words in the dictionary to show you how much I love you. I love you so much that you are always on my mind, putting a smile on my face and making my heart skip a beat. There are so many ways for me to express my love and I plan on showing you just how much love I have for you for the rest of my life." Expressing this out loud to Colson seemed to have lifted what felt like 10,000 pounds off your chest. The electric charge that filled the air changed the dynamic in a way neither of you expected or realized. Somehow though you both on the same page same chapter rewriting both of your lives what at that moment turned out to be for the better.

"Whether it is mere fate or coincidence that brought us together, it does not really matter. All I know is that we were meant to be together forever. I am made for you and you are made for me. We are a perfect match and we complement each other so well. We always bring out the best in each other and I know that even though there are billions of people in the world, I know without a doubt in my mind that you are the only person in the world for me." Colson leaned his forehead into yours, lips touching in a kiss that held so much passion that if the world were to burn down around you two it wouldn't even matter. The only thing that mattered was feeling this close to one another being in each others arms never letting go.
