Banished or Not

Berk and Beatings part 1

Narrator

This is Berk,   the home of the mightiest dragon hunter of all Stoick the Vast. So many people look at him and think' he is so amazing! why isn't his son like that?' People say that when he was a baby he popped a baby dragon's head clean off.  His wife,  Valka the Gentle was a strong, fierce, and beautiful woman. On that ugly piece of rock was the village of Berk. The Chief Stoick the Vast and his wife Valka the Gentle had a son named Hiccup. Hiccup was a small baby,  Valka was worried about him every day and night that he will die. Stoick, on the other hand, didn't care he wanted a strong, fierce, brave son the would-be chief but he didn't have that kind of son. His brother had a boy named Snotlout he would be Hiccup's cousin. Then the Hoffersons had a baby girl named Astrid and the Ingermans had a boy named Fishlegs. Then there were the Thorsons they had twins named Tuffnut and Ruffnut. Berks's new baby warriors were already learning how to kill dragons except one and that was Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. 

HICCUPS Prov

My name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III  I know I know such a great name.   Snotlout, Fishlegs, Tuffnut, Ruffnut, and ... Astrid aren't my friends yet or never.  Well, Astrid and I are a thing but that's it. Are we though? My fathers arranged this relationship. I don't exactly love her though.  They were bulling me since I was 2. My dad says to fight back and they will stop. I can't because   I'm a walking fishbone.  My mother says that I will be bigger when I grow up and now I'm 15  and still Hiccup the Useless I know I know a great name. Everybody makes fun of me even my dad everybody calls me Little runt, Brat, useless, worthless, etc  Me and Astrid are a thing now I guess. She protects me every other day and I'm happy about it but when she isn't there I get more beats, bruises, cuts, punches, and even whips. My bullies are Snoutlout , Tuffnut , Ruffnut , and .......... Fishlegs. Yep, my best friend joined in on it so I have no one except for Gobber, Astrid, and Mom. Dad even beats me when mom isn't looking. Gobber is more like a  dad to me he loves me, asks if I'm okay when I'm not, and hugs me when I cry. 

HICCUP ! Stoick yelled that sending chills down my spine. My father or he is supposed to be, tried to love me. The disappointment in his eyes always got to me. I guess i am a mommy's boy.   I got up and went down the stairs to see mom, dad, and Gobber sitting at the table I make my way there and sat down. My mom and Gobber looked at me like I was stupid  so I said" Yes?" Dad laughed while saying" You're joining  the teen in how to kill a dragon  school !" My heart dropped to my feet, Mom fainted and Gobber chugged his mead and then said " You can't be serious! Know offense Hiccup. But he can't pick up an ax for all I know !" Now that hurt but he was right I can't pick up an ax and swing it I Thought. Then I said " Dad I can't do Dragon Training   I ......I.......I will die p-please don't make me do Dragon training p-p-please I begged but he said that I will learn how to fight a dragon. I said.  " NO I WON'T " I said while raising my voice buy my dad was louder that I was " YES YOU WILL !" Stoick yelled  . I stompped my way up the stair mumbleing I hate you  but I said it to loud and he heard it  then said " I'M YOUR CHIEF !" dad yelled that's when I lost it and yelled " I GUESS YOUR NOT MY DAD THEN AND YOU NEVER WILL BE !" 

VALKA'S Prov

When I woke up I heard yelling I knew who it was Stoick   he was yelling at MY SON oh he is going to sleep outside for a month  ! I saw Stoick stomp up the stairs and slap our son hard leaving a red mark again and again our son got slapped I couldn't take it . I looked at Gobber as he ran at Stoick to stop him but know Stoick punched him in the face then Hiccup got punched. I couldn't take it any more I ran to Stoick and pulled him away he looked at me standing in the way of our son .Just then Hiccup ran into his room I followed but when I got there he was gone  his window was open.  He was gone . Stoick ran in saw the window and ran down the stairs out the door then into the woods after Hiccup I had to stop him I got to  Gobber and woke him up and told him what happened he ran outside in to the darkness of night to Spitelout's house kicked open the door the see the gang sitting there listening to Spitelout's stories . Spitelout looked up at us and I said " Spitelout we need your help Stoick is going to kill our son !" Spitelout jumped up and out the door along with his wife , Gobber , Me , and the gang . We ran out the door we had know way of knowing which way they went then I heard Astrid say " Hiccup probably at the cove !" but he wasn't there but ......blood lots of it and marks in the sand. I was so worried I ran to the house to see Stoick leaving Hiccups room I ran past him to Hiccup room pushed open the door to see Hiccup on the floor in blood with bruises now I'm mad I am screamng at Stoick as the gang and Gobber ran in. They must of heard me yell " YOU BEAT YOUR SON TELL HE PASSED OUT ! I HATE YOU SO MUCH ! YOU ARE SLEEPING OUT SIDE FOR A MONTH! YOU ...... YOU ........ GET OUT OF MY HOUSE BEFORE I KILL YOU STOICK ! DO EVER TALK TO ME WHILE YOU'RE GONE!  NOW LEAVE MY HOUSE NOW !
