Peter meets the Avengers

Tony Stark had adopted peter parker days after May's dead.

He always felt like he was the father of the child and when the social services called to communicate him they had to take Peter, he made the decision of adopt him with Pepper. They were now a family. Peter loved Tony and Pep with all his heart and he had decided to call them Dad and Mom and they had been happy to have that title after being legally. Lately, Peter was being very emotionally useful to his father. Tony Stark was really stresed, the rogue avengers were coming back and he didn't know what to do. After a lot of negotiation, it had been almost three years since their separation and he had not talked to Steve from then, they were superheroes again. Tony had talked to Nat in whom he trusted more, but he still did not trust the stupid Rogers, that betrayed him. He was sorry for the young wanda, he didn't want to hurt her feelings by making her believe that she is a monster, but that she wanted to protect her, both her and the others, until she could control her powers.

So, when all the the avengers, ALL, came into the conference room, he made sure that Peter was in the house of one of his friends and that the other avengers wouldn't find him. Rodhey pepper, vision and tchalla followed him in the room, that is, all the team except the young spiderman.
When they entered the room they saw the other avengers chatting calmly with fury. When Tony entered the room, it remained silent and Steve and Tony shared a hardand a guilty look. they took a seat and passed list :7 against 4, not counting a pepper
"where is the other boy, spiderman?" asked Natasha.
"oh no he is not here"
"And why is that? This is a mandatory meeting." Steve demanded.
"is a meeting for the avengers rogers and he is not one".
"And why? Why did he fight with us if he wasn't?"
"Because I needed help!" Tony was losing his patient. "We're here yo discuss important stuff and not Spidermans life ok?"
"No thats not okay, he is like a explosive bomb! His powers could be very dangerous he should be here to negociate his future"
"This will NOT affect him you understand?" Tony shouted
"Just because you don't want to do more paperwork? Probably you have been these 3 years doing nothing, even Pepper had to come back to fix his disaster" Steve said. Just when Tony was going to get out of the room Pepper talked:
"You have no idea what you're talking about. You left all your shit out there and you left us to pick it up and fix everything. We trusted you and fix everything was not easy at all. Apart from all that, the 5 of us have been very busy with personal matters that are not your incubvency and we already have no explanations of spiderman is not here today that you have been not trustworthy, when you show that you have changed and that you repent of your mistakes, hide the truth, betray, not listen, or believe that they are right; and not just want to stop living from hotel to hotel, de will explain everything to you. It is obvious that we did  made mistakes because we did not believe you from the beginning, but you did not trust us and you already know how the civil war finished." Pepper finished this with fire in her eyes.
Everyone was silent and they did not know what to say but they knew that the matter was not resolved yet.
Wanda talked then:
"About spiderman, would we be able to meet him?" She spoke softly and sweetly, she was fine about spiderman not joining the team whatever his reasons were.
"His conditions are extremely special, so let him be" said tony.
"Fury, what do you think about this?" Replaid Clint, who trusted his opinion.
"I agree with Stark, I am aware of spiderman conditions and I can perfectly understand the secrecy. I am sure you would too, and it's something too personal to share when you've been separated that long" .

After returning from that meeting Tony was exhausted and Peter decided to prepare a cup of hot chocolate and sleep together on the sofa after a movie, Tony accepted enchanted.

After many meetings, it was declared that the team would return to the compound to re-train the avengers as a team but that the rogue had no right to get into personal issues of any kind and that they should not ask questions.
