Wisconsin, the dairy state of America. Not exactly the most murderous state but, have you heard of Jeffrey Dahmer? The famous cannibal himself was from Wisconsin. In short, Wisconsin may not have many murders but, many extremely disturbing ones have come from the seemingly harmless dairy state. By writing this book, I have taken it upon myself to inform you of as many of these murders as possible.
