Ashton –

· Ashton is Luke's biological older brother in this

· And that's the pride and joy of his life

· They had a really messed up childhood with abusive parents

· And Ashton would always protect his baby brother Luke as much as he could

· Taking the blame and even the beatings most of the time

· And he was turning 18 soon and that's when he made up his mind to sneak off with Luke one night and never return to that disgusting place they used to call home

· And they've never been happier

· Like ever

· Well besides the back breaking work he has to do now just to put food on the table and pay the rent

· He got himself a job doing manual labor at construction sites

· And he takes up any extra shifts he can

· And does his best to always look for other jobs he could do even if he's exhausted

· And at home, instead of cracking open a beer and watching tv on their miniature set that he got from a friend who moved away

· He sits at the kitchen table and helps Luke with schoolwork

· With a beer tho

· And you damn know Luke is getting good grades because Ashton is so patient with him, and smart, ashton is hella intelligent

· Just never was given the opportunity to show it off

· And he's the cook as well ofc

· Even when he's dead tired and just wants to pass out, he'll still end up serving his little bro a plate of toast and eggs or whatever they have in the cupboards at times

· And they don't have much for sure

· Which inevitably causes him to skip meals just so he can give Luke a little extra because he wants him to be full, happy, and healthy even if he has to suffer

· He's so selfless

· And his heart is so full and so taken for granted by his boss and everyone around him, that when Luke insists he eats too, it just makes him so happy

· But he declines at first, in which luke usually goes

· "You need to eat too. If you don't keep up your strength you'll get sick and you won't be able to work at all."

· And ashton can't argue with that, so all he'll do is grab a small portion and just beam with joy as he scarfs it down

· But he's happy

· Because he's got luke and that's all he needs

· And though he wishes he was around more to encourage and just in general spend time with luke, he's happy with just spending his nights and weekends with his little bro

Luke –

· Ashton's younger brother

· A cutie no doubt

· Snuck behind Ashton's back one night and got his lip pierced at a party

· But Ash must not have cared too much because he never said a word which was surprising
